I am still in awe of being called by Diane a few minutes after placing my order to check that I had the right sizing for the recipient's body shape. She also happily answered some questions that I had with some sound advice to boot. Then this got followed by an email advising on how to deal with the item when delivered from how to open the box so that to avoid any damage to it right through to how to hang it. Quite remarkable and impressive. The word should be spread about this quite exceptional company.

I was dubious about buying on line with out trying on, after a conversation with a lady member of staff who was very knowledgeable and made sure that I gave her the right measurements she advised me what size I should order, the jacket came very quickly and fitted perfectly, I would definitely recommend using the company to other people.

I found UK Leather Jackets after a Google Search, I liked what I saw and the reviews were great. I found a jacket that I really liked and ordered it, I then received an email asking me to confirm various measurements which was very reassuring, which I duly did. The next day I received a phone call from a lady at UK Leather Jackets who wanted to discuss my order in detail to make sure that everything was in order. On the day the order was to be sent out the lady called me again as she had done some checking and wanted to change the size I ordered to a smaller size based on the measurements I had given. To be honest I’ve never experienced this level of service and diligence, UK Leather Jackets were simply amazing, I simply couldn’t fault them and couldn’t recommend them enough!
