I purchased order MY67935 on line which has been correctly delivered. but, when on line and completing my order, when it came to the payment I was given no screen to chose which card I wanted to use but your system took the money out of my business account, which I may have used before. Payment has been taken on 23rd 09 2023 Contacted on the 26th 09 2023 saying order was dispatched and the nothing since. I have tried to contact via email but have received on response as of yet. Feel very let down.
