I purchased order MY67935 on line which has been correctly delivered. but, when on line and completing my order, when it came to the payment I was given no screen to chose which card I wanted to use but your system took the money out of my business account, which I may have used before. The main reason I used myShop was the price was so good.
Delivery was reasonably priced when compared to other's, as was delivery time.

It may add a little convenience but not certain how necessary it really is.

The tracking advised they attempted delivery earlier in the week but there was no one in to receive the parcel. Goods were perfect as per our expectations. The courier was some corner shop company who left the goods on the driveway not realising that anybody can steal that. Fortunately my neighbour saw it and picked it up. We had a huge sign to say if we are not home kindly drop it to number 5. Totally ignored the sign. Kindly use better responsible couriers. Thanks.
