I purchased order MY67935 on line which has been correctly delivered. but, when on line and completing my order, when it came to the payment I was given no screen to chose which card I wanted to use but your system took the money out of my business account, which I may have used before. Did not receive item as described. On one toothbrush got picture of Anna not shown on Description. Requested a free returns parcel. No response as yet. Need to return daughter does not like Anna so waste of money for me.

From my initial placement of order everything just went fine. The item is really first class and also very well made. This was my first order and it won't be the last.
