I purchased order MY67935 on line which has been correctly delivered. but, when on line and completing my order, when it came to the payment I was given no screen to chose which card I wanted to use but your system took the money out of my business account, which I may have used before. Payment has been taken on 23rd 09 2023
Contacted on the 26th 09 2023 saying order was dispatched and the nothing since.
I have tried to contact via email but have received on response as of yet. Feel very let down.

Fair but packing could be improved
The prices are fair but the two boxes of washing powder order suffered in transit and spilt at the end folds losing some powder. Packing seemed ok so could be rough handling?
I would buy again though as overall they were good from initial purchase to end delivery

Good customer service
Everything's good prices, delivery is pretty expensive but makes sense considering the size of the orders. They made a mistake with some bin liners but very quickly gave me a refund, good customer service, good choice of products at a decent price I can't complain.
