I purchased order MY67935 on line which has been correctly delivered. but, when on line and completing my order, when it came to the payment I was given no screen to chose which card I wanted to use but your system took the money out of my business account, which I may have used before. This is embarrassing and I want to find a way so this does not happen again. Please could someone call me on 07848 451863 to discuss the matter? Thanks. 8Dec23

Goods I wanted were originally out of stock. I left my email, and was contacted once new stocks had arrived. I had a problem with delivery from Evri, but once I contacted Myshop , they responded the next day, and I received my parcel that evening. Good service all round.

clicked to buy, all here with 2-4 days And with all the 'we have your parcel, arriving today' tracking. Can't remember 2,3,4 days or if it waws over a weekend and not spending Anymore time to check, got work to be doing to pay for mopre things wanna buy innit

Was a bit dubious at first as prices were really good even on hard to find items in shops but placed an order anyway and was glad I did. No issues whatsoever. Good communication. Items received quickly and with a good expiration date.

Had a problem with PayPal supplying myshop with the wrong delivery address. Unable to contact myshop through PayPals contact details for myshop customer services.

Well packaged. Paid for next day delivery but did not arrive. Not sure if this was due to company or delivery agent but Myshop refunded the difference in postage with apologies. Will definitely use this company again.

they have hard ti find product
they had this hard to find product in stock, at a reasonable price, and dispatched it straight away. Unfortunately they use Evri, who caused a delay in delivery, but even so, it was fairly fast
