From first contacting MOOWY I got a quick reply from Michelle answering all of my questions and giving me great advice as to what to purchase. When I then contacted the UK site and put in my order, I received emails from Louis giving great detail of all the products and information I needed to deal with my job. I've never received that amount of help and support from any other company that I've dealt with before. I can't possibly say what you could do better as to improve the service you already give. I placed this order on the 17th May and still haven’t received my order. The service has been shocking, been trying to contact the team there and don’t hear for 2-3 days later. I get told that the order had been delivered, which I had already explained that I only received 1 box! Still waiting for the other 3. The driver even took a picture of the drop off! What more do I need to do to get the rest of my order. I have attached photos of the label and what I actually got. You can see from the label that this was 1 box!
