The order I made was despatched quickly and collected by the couriers you use and it arrived in the UK alright but everything has gone wrong from there. UPS the UK side of the delivery are totally useless. They have not delivered the package yet and it has been in their hands since 08/08/2023. They are blaming a Customs hold up in the release of my delivery. They have so far sent me 14 stupid messages telling me that the package will be delivered the next day but nothing happens. It appears that the UPS staff in the UK and their computer system are totally useless. Do not use UPS UK for anything. I have made 2 phone calls to them and the staff in the UPS office just keep telling me that the package needs Customs clearance for a £14 lens hood!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Firstly our first order with the company does not show in our account, having been assured it would be fixed straight away, it still does not show. The items arrived and so far seem ok, so we made another purchase giving them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE. Having identified our email address had been added incorrectly and not being able to update it via the website, we were told they would fix it straight away, we are now locked out of our account. The second order we made got stuck in customs, it was very clear from the UPS tracker this had happened, having contacted Photospecialist the first day it did not arrive we were told they would fix it straight away. The next day the same thing happened, it was clear the item was still stuck in customs. We contacted their support again and after around half an hour wasted time found out not only had the previous support agent not even bothered to contact UPS, they were refusing to speak to us and refusing to give UPS a telephone call. The person responsible was hiding behind one of the girls who was speaking to me (Who we thank for trying her best) they were literally refusing to speak to us and sending messages to and from via this poor girl who was landed in the middle of all this. Our emails regarding this subject were all ignored and we received no written response regarding the issue. We were told we would be called back in two hours with a solution, when that call happened we were told they still had not contacted UPS. We went back and forth for over an hour trying to get the person dealing with this speak to us, who continued to refuse, and trying to get them to agree to pick up the phone and contact UPS. We were continually told it was impossible for them to call UPS, a straight out lie. I informed them multiple times all they need to do is pick up the phone and call them, they continued to refuse to do that, and the person responsible continued to refuse to speak to me. Bearing in mind this is how they treat customers that have spent nearly 1000 GBP with them in the last 3 weeks. We contacted UPS ourselves, and within 5 minutes had found out the item was indeed stuck at customs, and that it should be arriving tomorrow. Instead of Photospecialist picking up the phone to try and resolve this, it took two days of being messed around before we finally got the answer ourselves. Photospecialist gained and lost a customer within the space of 3 weeks due to their pathetic customer service (Aside from the girl we spoke to). Do not buy with this company, their company, website and customer support is an absolute joke.

Good company let down by the courier service

Excellent company as regards price and contact with staff BUT used a very poor courier company.

Panasonic Lumix fz 330

Camera and accesories came on time but instructions for use were in French and German ( no English) and no AC adaptor included in the package as there should have been so couldn't charge battery to use the camera Contacted company and was told to download instructions as they couldn't provide printed copy. They said they would send an adaptor but it didn't arrive so had to contact again. It eventually arrived via Amazon!! It was a Uk tourist adaptor freely available on the amazon website, not a Panasonic one as I had expected. Not very happy!

This was information we were not aware off and will look into this to see how we can do that better for our customers. I do see that my colleague send you an Enlgish manuel. More and more suppliers and factories are make the concious choice to produce less paper, because the manuels are digital availlible. Great price but a rather anxious wait for delivery

The price for the Lowepro Whistler 350 camera was half that of other retailers at the time. Granted, I had to endure a rather anxious wait for a week. Never having used this company before I felt the Trusted Shops concept reassuring. The price for the item was so cheap that I had a niggling feeling that it was a scam. With that in mind it might be a good idea for the company to keep the purchaser better informed as to what is going on during the week when the item was being sourced and delivered. The DPD tracking number did not work for three days which added further anxiety. Thankfully, that is all in the past and I am delighted with the purchase at such a reasonable price.

Great Price.

Apart from a mistake on the delivery address which had to be corrected by me making the parcel a tad late. Everything was perfect and the bag i bought was excellent quality and Price.

Really poor customer service, I ordered the monitor and it was shipped quickly however it's been shipped without the paperwork so its been held at a UPS warehouse for now 4 days, UPS say they have contacted these guys as have I, but get no responses. How can people forget to ship things with the correct paperwork? Every email responded with we will investigate. Never received item.

No order updates after placing order. Emailed customer support and they confirmed order had not yet been sent. Requested a refund as item would not arrived by due date. Had no confirmation of refund being processed and they stopped responding to my emails. Still awaiting refund.

Still waiting for the delivery

Placed an order for an in item that was showing as in-stock. I heard and received nothing for 10 days so I emailed to find out what had happened. I was informed the item wasn’t in stock and they hope to deliver by the end of the month. I’m still waiting for my order almost 3 weeks later with no more updates.

Thank you for taking the time to leave the review. I am so sorry to read this. When you went into the payment process, another customer ended this and bought the last one on stock. Normally you would recieve an email from my colleague that it is taking longer, but something went wrong in our system. We are looking into this. I will contact you via email about this.

Still not recieved my item, no update on it at all. I made payment and took them a week or more with lots of chasing to verify they had it even though the transfer went through immediately.

Great choice and prices, legitimate business with real stores around EU, customer service responding to emails in timely manner Delays and difficulties in handling my parcel were rather down to faulty e-commerce service they use, which doesn't give option to enter the UK address manually, forcing to choose nearest one from some outdated address book, then regardless of what chosen, address data sent to UPS goes completely upside down Secondly, reaching out UPS to clear mentioned addressing error and release my parcel took forever of listening to automated customer service messages leading nowhere I guess UPS is the only available courier choice since their inner logistics are seamlessly handling the post Brexit mess I hope they'll fix it at some point, looking forward to buy for them again

Everything was fine. If I was picky, it would be that I received only one email from them with no updates about progress. Would have preferred a bit more correspondence e.g. when they had dispatched it.
