Sceptical at first from buying outside UK with all the import and customs etc. I contacted Customer Service staff at www.louis-moto.co.uk who informed me all customs / import charges will be refunded. As the item was out of stock and the C.S staff contacted me when it was back in but it sold out before I could order. The C.S staff offered to place a special order for me on full payment. my order placed, 5 days later order is now dispatched to UK. Communications from Louis-Moto C.S staff was impeccable at all stages. UK customs & Parcelforce took around a week for which I paid all customs charges. I sent the customs receipt to Louis-Moto who refunded in full. I received my item the next day via parcelforce, Happy days. Even though the website says:- “Attention! Our Service: We refund any applicable customs charges on your order. So you can be sure there’ll be no unwelcome surprises.Simply place your order and enjoy!” As buying from overseas is a put off due to the unknown UK customs charges I would say having a clear step by step guide aimed at UK customers showing the process and what charges get refunded. I was sceptical myself until I have now completed the process and received all customs charges.

Fantastic price. Speedy delivery. 24 hour responses to all emails. Everything that you hope for in a bike gear retailer... but don't always get! This isn't my first purchase from these guys, and I've been just as pleased each time. For us UK bikers Moto-Luis guarantee to refund any/all customs charges that may occur (and they did so, very promptly), which means when you pay the price advertised and not a penny more... and their prices are VERY VERY competitive. Great experience buying through this company. Ordered online and was updated regularly with processing details. Emailed them as I thought it wasn't being delivered but it was being held at customs, paid the fees and it was delivered as expected. Emailed them again regarding the refund of customs payment and that was dealt with the same day. Can't fault the customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Customer service is very good indeed - all enquiries were answered quickly and communication is good. Unfortunately I will have to return my order but the shop was efficient to deal with and goods were as described. My only slight criticism is that when I placed the order it was not immediately apparent that the centre stand was not in stock and a wait of 5 weeks ensued. All in all a positive experience!

Good product information and secure package and posting. I want my MC accessories to be reliable and certified. By ordering my parts from Louis I have the assurance that they are compliant and type approved for my motorcycle, something which is not always certain with ordering from other online platforms. I can go on European trips, knowing that my lighting etc. satisfy the local safety requirements

Ordered a top box and the proprietary bracket in which to fit the top box for my scooter. Delivery was very fast (4 days) being as I'm in the UK and they ship from Germany. The goods are exactly what I needed and the top box was actually cheaper from these guys than from a retailer in the UK! Would order again and I highly recommend Louis.

As advertised, Louis will refund any applicable customs charges on your order. I placed an order from the UK. I exchanged a few emails with the customer services team on several occasions and they were absolutely brilliant. I received my order within the agreed schedule. Everything arrived in perfect condition and nicely packed.

Ordered a Shuberth C3Pro visor and pinlock from Louis as it was a good price and delivery was reasonable. Received the item very quickly even though it was from Germany. The VAT was prepaid by Louis and crossed country borders and customs with ease.

Only shop were I was able to find the part I needed to fix the broken clip on my Scorpion helmet. Part arrived as expected and was used to replace the broken clip. Now my Scorpion Exo Carbon is as good as new

Excellent as always from Louis, shame about UK delivery costs but this is a result of silly issues in our country. Delivery was still very fast and efficient and the item quality is great for the price.

They stock loads of stuff and although this purchase was only a couple of books, they were delivered to the UK promptly and with useful advice as to delivery etc.

Product and price are excellent. Delivery not so great, whether that was a mix up between DHL and Parcelforce or customs I don't know, but not the shops fault.

Excellent service. Shipping cost is relatively high for small value orders, so not much saving over cost in UK. Items shipped quickly and well packed.
