Louis Moto's prices are competitive, and its telephone customer services advisers are helpful. its good service is let down by its choice of courier in the UK whose accounting team and local depot fall short of being totally useless! I had to pay VAT and other import duties, which Louis Moto repaid to me with a couple of days of me send it the relevant receipts. Parcelforce, then retained my order on the basis of me not having paid the necessary fees despite me having legitimate Parcelforce receipts proving that all import duties and VAT had been paid. It took several weeks, daily telephone calls and many formal complaints to Parcelforce before my order was released to me. Parcelforce tarnished my customer experience with Louis Moto but despite Parcelforce's negative impact on Louis Moto's brand with me I will continue to order from Louis Moto, but I will not be making any 'mega orders' if Parcelforce remains its UK courier.
The boots were never delivered
Parcelforce haven't sent me any letters and are refuse to email me a copy of the alleged letter etc, however I have sent you a photo of the parcel/sticker detailing the charges which is all that I have but you have failed to transfer the money by PayPal.

Product and price are excellent. Delivery not so great, whether that was a mix up between DHL and Parcelforce or customs I don't know, but not the shops fault.

Great experience buying through this company. Ordered online and was updated regularly with processing details. Emailed them as I thought it wasn't being delivered but it was being held at customs, paid the fees and it was delivered as expected. Emailed them again regarding the refund of customs payment and that was dealt with the same day. Can't fault the customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Ordered a Shuberth C3Pro visor and pinlock from Louis as it was a good price and delivery was reasonable.
Received the item very quickly even though it was from Germany. The VAT was prepaid by Louis and crossed country borders and customs with ease.

I ordered 8 off the item I required, so far I have only received 1 of the 8 items.
I was not given the option to cancel the order and source elsewhere.
so far I have paid £50 for 1 boot buckle.

Since placing my order almost 2 weeks ago, the goods have not been delivered and the tracking appears to provide no update since the goods were allegedly dispatched. So, I’m am currently unimpressed by the service thus far
