Can not fault this company. Although we had problems with the delivery, the fault was solely with Royal Mail's delivery person, who obviously couldn't be bothered to walk a further 200 yards round the corner to post the package through my door, instead took a photo of a house door at another address as proof of delivery and we had to go back numerous times before some one was in, before i could accept my package.
When I spoke to someone at Dr Fox, they were very helpful and tried to sort it for me, but all Royal Mail told them was, that it had been delivered.

Thank you for your review. In this instance you ordered on a Sunday, the item was posted on the Monday, and delivered on the Tuesday. This is the 8th negative review of our service you have posted in the last 2 years, and we are unsure why you continue to make repeated orders? We acknowledge there have been issues in the past with Royal Mail deliveries to your address and we have switched to using a specialist courier for your account (at our expense). Other than suggesting using an alternate online pharmacy service which hopefully you will find less disappointing, there is not much more we can do to meet your needs. Best regards
