Can not fault this company. Although we had problems with the delivery, the fault was solely with Royal Mail's delivery person, who obviously couldn't be bothered to walk a further 200 yards round the corner to post the package through my door, instead took a photo of a house door at another address as proof of delivery and we had to go back numerous times before some one was in, before i could accept my package.
When I spoke to someone at Dr Fox, they were very helpful and tried to sort it for me, but all Royal Mail told them was, that it had been delivered.

Excellent delivery times! I’ve ordered a few times from dr fox and always Recieved (discreet and very well sealed packages) within 24 hours (when ordering first thing the day before).
Packaging is sealed as discreet - this is actually very important as I’ve ordered from other online pharmacies before which for some reason they have thought is a great idea to put their logo and company details on the shipping details - so it’s quite easy for prying eyes to see where the package is coming from, and subsequently ask questions.
Easy to use online platform, could possibly do with a little makeover, but it’s simple enough and works - and that’s all that matters.
Would definitely recommend, and will continue to use!
Prices are also reasonable, and more palatable because of the added quality of service as mentioned above.
Would rate 10/10!!
