Can not fault this company. Although we had problems with the delivery, the fault was solely with Royal Mail's delivery person, who obviously couldn't be bothered to walk a further 200 yards round the corner to post the package through my door, instead took a photo of a house door at another address as proof of delivery and we had to go back numerous times before some one was in, before i could accept my package.
When I spoke to someone at Dr Fox, they were very helpful and tried to sort it for me, but all Royal Mail told them was, that it had been delivered.
Service is speedy, but you need to use a better delivery service. I ordered expensive medication which should have been signed for. The delivery driver left it on the step and said customer had signed for the delivery. On checking signature it is nothing even near.
The medication I normally would receive worked for my wellbeing, the medication I recently received did not have a positive outcome and they were white not blue

Thank you for your review and very sorry that the latest medicine supplied was not satisfactory. Generic medicine supplied will change often due to availability from manufacturers (all medicine supplied is UK licensed). Patients with a manufacturer/brand preference can have this noted on their Dr Fox account. Unwanted medicine may be returned for a refund. Our customer service team have been in touch.
