Quick service, i had upgraded to 4ah batteries but they sent the standard 2.5ah out with it. An easy mistake to make has the box does not state the ah on them. An email on the evening of delivery was sent and i had a phone call the next morning at 7.45am with an apology. The correct ones where delivered the next morning and original ones collected. Fantastic service i will definitely be using Kelvin power tools in the future. Plus the prices are good, better service and prices than I.T.S who i normally use.

Last visit I was made aware from a new guy that you won’t be taking any repairs in for 3 month. Very poor service. Back log is the reason. Start more staff or look at your holiday structure which I’m sure you’d aware there is an issue. You are going to loose a lot of custom with this decision but then I’m guessing you don’t care. Change in service since the buy out with isn’t a positive reveiw. Sad given the service I used to get.

Easy ordering experience, good price and I'm a returning customer to kelvin power tools. I just wish you had the 18g brads in stock rather than waiting several days for an extra delivery as I had to go elsewhere at more expense, but that doesn't matter. great service, the product I needed and no stress.

Guide Bush
The guide Bush was reasonably priced next working day delivery before 1pm isn't if you order on a Saturday even if order first thing arrived. Arrived Tuesday before 1pm and was very expensive but I had the job done by 1pm but happy with the service

Hello. Thank you for your review. We can only dispatch an order during our working hours which are Monday-Friday 7.30am-4.30pm. You placed your order at 6.34am on Saturday 27th April when we were closed for the weekend. You chose next working day before noon delivery at the checkout, so your order was dispatched on the Monday when we repoened and you received it at 10.27am on the Tuesday, which is the next working day before noon. This is explained throughout our website and at the checkout when you're choosing your delivery.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Only my bad. I bought a new 36 v 6 ah battery only to find out that it was my charger which was broken. I should have taken the charger to them to try. But a great shop to deal with.
