Austria is our favorite holiday destination, and we take advantage of all our trips to Austria attend at least two classical music concerts in Vienna and Salzburg. We always booked the concerts in advance at Viennaconcerts.com. Without exception all our reservations worked perfectly, we received immediate confirmation by email and the actual tickets were ready at the respective venue as soon as we showed our email confirmation. This is indeed a top-notch service and have added value to our holidays in Austria.

The concert it self was good . less operah more thye conductor audiance engagment would have been better. great conductor . thank you. the staff /usher is not trained to exude care and diplomacy or act as ambassaadors so guests can reccomend to others. we were seated right by the door front row of the isle. as a older gentleman i needed to use the restroom and could come back without interrupting others. actually their were two applause breaks but the usherer would not let me come back in. even the supervisor who was called refused . the reson for not allowing guests to walk during the performance is understood. but not during an applause specially those older folks like us have to use the restroom anbd we by design bought seats next to exit. extreamly dssapointing ending due to lack of care exuded by the staff . bad taste will need to explore other options as we love Vienna.
