Waited for a good while for these to come back in stock. I had them before and they were the best I ever had. I have been wearing a wig for over 40 years and tried many different ones before. They were well worth the wait. So comfortable and soft.
I was sent a faulty item. There are hair missing at the temple. I ordered her especially for New Years eve so asked if it could be exchanged at their branch as it was only days before the occasion but wasn't allowed to do that. So now I'm stuck with her and need to be careful not to put hair away. I spent so much on a wig not to need to worry about such things. Overall not a good experience as wigs should be inspected before being sent. On top of that she looked like she was being used as a tag inside cap wasn't looking perfectly clean so I would speculate that she was being returned before by someone else and instead being removed from stock or fixed was sold again with hopes that the next person would not return it. Overall not a good experience.
The past orders of the same hair piece have had to be returned. The sizing petite which is being ordered is more a mini petit. One of the pieces being sent is old stock so have ordered 2 to try and at least get one to fit. Not happy that having to pay returns each time. The quality is not the same. Very disheartening

Good customer service
I ordered a wig and it was delivered promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately, the style was not to my liking and I had to return for a refund. Awaiting same and will order another wig when I find what I am looking for.

High prices
Perhaps you could review your prices a little. My friend in USA used to send them to me. I know there are taxes etc but still a lot compared with $39 I used to pay her
