Waited for a good while for these to come back in stock. I had them before and they were the best I ever had. I have been wearing a wig for over 40 years and tried many different ones before. They were well worth the wait. So comfortable and soft.
I was sent a faulty item. There are hair missing at the temple. I ordered her especially for New Years eve so asked if it could be exchanged at their branch as it was only days before the occasion but wasn't allowed to do that. So now I'm stuck with her and need to be careful not to put hair away. I spent so much on a wig not to need to worry about such things. Overall not a good experience as wigs should be inspected before being sent. On top of that she looked like she was being used as a tag inside cap wasn't looking perfectly clean so I would speculate that she was being returned before by someone else and instead being removed from stock or fixed was sold again with hopes that the next person would not return it. Overall not a good experience.
My experience so far has been good except they are not very good at communication , but there is a phone no and you can speak to a person about your query. The wig I received I was very impressed with but size was wrong. Check their charts carefully before ordering

Arrived quickly, colour is lovely but I found the back of the wig is a lot darker than show on the website. The length is great and fits very well.
Would recommend and would definitely buy again.

Very prompt delivery and easy to return
Very prompt delivery, I immediately returned the wig. The colour was a mistake my fault. However I didn't try it on beause I could tell there was no way it was a short wig or certainly not as short as I wanted. Still waiting for a refund!!

Good choice of styles
Long time customer here. I like the good range of styles. Would be nice to have images of each style in every available colour, to help choose the right one. Delivery is pretty quick but it would be helpful to get an email or text when the item has been dispatched .

I had one of the Heather wigs before and really love the style and fit. I ordered it again and it’s not quite the same hence the 4* However it is still a lovely wig, the colour is perfect for me and this one is actually lighter so perfect for summer.

The past orders of the same hair piece have had to be returned. The sizing petite which is being ordered is more a mini petit. One of the pieces being sent is old stock so have ordered 2 to try and at least get one to fit. Not happy that having to pay returns each time. The quality is not the same. Very disheartening

This hair piece is a lovely style and good quality. So far it appears to maintain the texture and style.
