I needed to get a new wig, as my style (that I loved, and had been wearing for three years) was being discontinued, and I hadn't had any advance notice of this from my previous supplier. I was quite stressed out, trying to find a similar style and colour that was in stock, and that could be delivered quickly. Stuart responded to all my questions and requests immediately, and finally a suitable replacement was found.

Ordered the wrong colour. The staff could not have been more helpful. They sent me enlarged colour pictures of other colours and replaced my wig in a matter of days. Excellent service. Thank you

I always find the staff very pleasant and helpful. They keep you informed about dispatch and delivery, which is usually pretty quick. The only problem I have when ordering a new wig is with the colour charts. I usually try and check the colour on another supplier’s website before ordering.

The service I received from Claire at Joseph’s wigs was excellent. Claire was patient, kind and understanding of the difficulties in choosing a wig, especially the first time due to cancer treatment hair loss. The wig Claire suggested for me looks really good on, it is taking time to get used to but so far all reactions have been positive. Very pleased, happy to recommend this shop.
