I always find the staff very pleasant and helpful. They keep you informed about dispatch and delivery, which is usually pretty quick. The only problem I have when ordering a new wig is with the colour charts. I usually try and check the colour on another supplier’s website before ordering.

It was easy to order and the VAT taken off for the PCOS I have is a massive help. Online ordering was easy and I would definitely order from them again.

The wigs come in a box nicely packed. They have always been of good quality too. They last too if looked after. My first wig was in 1917 and I still have it, and it still looks good.

Always extremely helpful. Prices good compared to some other sites and no postal charges for orders over£100. More choice in petite would be better. It is very difficult to judge the hair colour by the small pictures.
