Ordering on the website was a nightmare and I had to go back later. I think there may have been a glitch so will give benefit of doubt. Given the cost I was worried that payment either wasn’t going through or I’d paid twice!.
Once ordered everything went smoothly, it was delivered the next day as promised. The packaging was heavy and enormous and I wondered if I’d ordered the wrong model. Once unpacked it’s a beautiful machine. Simple to put together, ish, still a heavy beast but of such high quality, no sharp edges, nice design. Quiet to use, really easy to clean and put back together again. All it needs is rinsed, no graters to scrub, waste minimal and very dry for composting.
The fruit and veg need a lot of prep but it’s all part of the process as once loaded you have nothing to do and it’s really quick to juice one hopper. Very pleased when I don’t think about the price
The Manager was very rude and condescending, I was not aware that there is extra delivery charges for a Saturday delivery and I was told in a condescending manner, that " you should've paid the delivery charges" when I called about my delivery. I had just spent 600 GBP to buy the best juicer on the market, would I be concerned about an additional 20 GBP delivery charge?!!
I didn't pay as I was not aware, that next day deliveries did not include Saturdays as Amazon, Waitrose even Harrods all deliver for free on weekends ! Needless to say, I cancelled the order, the manager had no tact, nor did she have any idea of proper and polite customer service and how to professionally talk to customers!

There was a very short delay, but I was informed straight away and told when to expect it. It arrived on time and in great condition. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
