Excellent communication from the beginning - I emailed to say my order was for a birthday gift, could they please make sure it arrived on time and was safely packaged. I received a response within a few hours; my items were dispatched within 24 hours, they arrived after only a few days and everything was packaged perfectly. I am extremely impressed and wanted to share this as I did read some extremely negative reviews which worried me initially.

We have not received any of SEVEN orders placed (first on the 15th April). Bottles we use are out of stock and when you look at your website, it says orders complete which they blatantly are not - most are still in Germany due to a web Customs issue with DPD apparently....

Customer service seems non existent

Order still not arrived yet and still no reply to my email asking to combine my 2x orders together and refund one of the expensive delivery fees.

Every order i've had breakages. Perhaps consider the packaging options (cardboard bottle sleeve for each bottle)? Customer service is excellent though.

Do you guys know about bubblewrap?

So many bottles broken on first delivery that we had to ask for a second delivery. Do you guys know about wrapping material, like bubblewrap??? These bottles are traveling with only thin paper on top on them, no protection at all.
