I needed a new garage remote control for an older motor but couldn't see any compatible on the website. I rang somfy uk and the lady I spoke too said she would find out for me. Rang me and sent an email of the one I needed the next day, excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I ordered the wrong part, my fault I accept that but the company's returns procedure is atrocious. I phoned customer service but was put on hold for one hour despite a recorded message instructing me I was about to be transferred, I wasn't. The company should sort out it's staff/phone system or they will get a bad reputation and lose business.

Quick delivery and good product. Instructions for programming the new remote were non existent. I had to reserach them on YouTube and even they were misleading. I'd suggest you do your own video and give the link in the leaflet.

The pricing was competitive and despite being shipped from France the delivery was quick. It would be good to get an update with the couriers details as the first I was aware was when the courier announced they had attempted a delivery.
