From previous experience I knew that delivery would take a few days which wasn't a problem for me. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order by email and the parcel arrived on the specified day in perfect condition. I am happy with the service but if it could be speeded up that would be better.

Bad experience with this company. I ordered electric fence supplies with delivery in 2-4 business days.
Nothing had arrived by 6th business day so I emailed a query.
They then sent a standardised email saying they had cancelled the order due to no stock.
Why could they not have sent this when I placed the order? Had I not chased would they have contacted me? Inconvenient and disappointing customer service.

Product was great and although I ordered rather late for Easter delivery, the company ensured it was delivered on time. I emailed to thank them and received a lovely response. Would definitely use them again.

This is one of the best online shops to buy from, good quality products which are competively priced and superfast delivery. Wouldn't but fencing products from anywhere else.
