From previous experience I knew that delivery would take a few days which wasn't a problem for me. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order by email and the parcel arrived on the specified day in perfect condition. I am happy with the service but if it could be speeded up that would be better.
Bad experience with this company. I ordered electric fence supplies with delivery in 2-4 business days.
Nothing had arrived by 6th business day so I emailed a query.
They then sent a standardised email saying they had cancelled the order due to no stock.
Why could they not have sent this when I placed the order? Had I not chased would they have contacted me? Inconvenient and disappointing customer service.
I received confirmation of my order and payment 2May ORD31540 but as yet on 12 May I have not received confirmation of my order being dispatched and it certainly hasn’t arrived .
