From previous experience I knew that delivery would take a few days which wasn't a problem for me. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order by email and the parcel arrived on the specified day in perfect condition. I am happy with the service but if it could be speeded up that would be better.

Bad experience with this company. I ordered electric fence supplies with delivery in 2-4 business days.
Nothing had arrived by 6th business day so I emailed a query.
They then sent a standardised email saying they had cancelled the order due to no stock.
Why could they not have sent this when I placed the order? Had I not chased would they have contacted me? Inconvenient and disappointing customer service.

Poor Service and Zero Communication

I ordered fencing stakes and wire. Very prompt delivery. My only criticism was all the plastic packaging including air cushions which are hardly necessary for fencing stakes!

Just what I was looking for, reasonably priced and delivered quickly.
My only slight moan is that the tape used for delivery has left large sticky residue on the posts, not the end of the world, but I would rather it wasn’t there.
