I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Love the clothes. So different but delivery could be quicker.
I would like my order to be delivered a little quicker. Not sure where the goods come from but if its the UK I'm sure they could arrive sooner.
If they originate from outside the UK that would explain the delay.

Website is clear and easy to navigate. Purchase process is smooth and easy. Excellent range of products and sizes. The only improvement I could suggest is a more speedy delivery but otherwise a great service.

Great choice of goods but delivery time was lengthy and the day I needed it for had passed. I found the returns system very complicated so kept the item ordered. I won’t use this company again for that reason.

Great products.. and very tempting.
Delivery is rather slow and may be because some come from Europe… but there is little information on when something could be arriving. Otherwise I would give five stars.

I have increasingly used Peter Hahn since lockdown. I find their catalogues are frequent and well illustrated. The clothes match their pictures and are good quality. I have never had to return a garment.

The parcel was well packed and arrived after about a week. To improve the experience, more communication during that week would have been helpful and notice of the actual delivery date and time.

High quality goods but very slow delivery.
Very high quality and large variety of goods. There is just one downside and that is the long time for delivery.
The item I ordered today 10 September is quoted as arriving around 13 October !
