Great at answering questions and very helpful. Good choice of clothing but very slow in sending items. I hope their new system is up and running very soon which may speed up their service. Another star when they do!

Although they say they are updating their website It’s bee weeks now Still can’t login to my account it comes up I don’t have an account with them after being a customer for years Goods take weeks to arrive although they are in stock If you phone up the advisor says they know nothing about anything except they are updating the system The goods are good quality especially when the sales are on which is why i still shop with them

Like the clothes of course. Delay in delivery could be better somehow.

More classic clothes, slightly different designs from the norm. You could improve on delivery times.

I have ordered a cardigan on 14th May 2023, which I have not received yet - 16 working days after ordering. When I wrote asking when I would receive the cardigan, I just got a standard email saying that your delivery time is 8-10 working days, which showed that Chelsea MB did not read my query properly. I think you delivery service is very slow and you haven't let me know when I will receive my order. I am left wondering whether you are aware that I haven't received my order when you have taken my money and the delivery is late. You are sending me further adverts by email and you are still advertising the same cardigan in the colour supplements but I have not received my order. You can improve by letting me know when I will receive my order.

I placed an order on May 11th for £535.55 ( including p&p ). These 2 dresses have never arrived . I did speak with one of your assistants who said all I could do was wait. I am very concerned. Please sort this out.

Delivery times are awful. Put through a huge order on 10 May which has still not arrived and no emailed update received either. Try to create an account to be able to check for myself and can't figure out how which shouldn't be so hard. Unfortunately think that won't bother ordering again after this order arrived, if it does.

I ordered a dress from Peter Hahn on 15th May and have not heard a word since then. I have written to them twice and had no response. Extremely poor customer service.

Orders take a long time to be dispatched and the last order I placed, and noted that the item was in stock, has still not been delivered after 5 weeks. I am not impressed

Have a proper IT system, a functioning website. For a long time I have been unable to check my past orders so can’t check sizes or reorder. Very frustrating the long period without a solution.?not acceptable theses days. Enormousvdelay in delivering orders. Will go to another shop.

Delivery to slow, but quality of goods good.

Very long delay in processing my order. Waited 4 weeks or more before getting the goods. Just not acceptable.
