I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Placed an order on 18th May 2023. As of 16th June order has not arrived. No information from the company as to when my order will despatched or even if I’ll ever receive it. Appalling customer service

I placed an order on May 2nd, and subsequently three others - the latest being last week, but have received nothing - although I understand that payment for at least one of the orders has been taken from my account. I have written several e mails of complaint requesting a delivery date, only to be told that Peter Hahn are "re-organising". Whatever happened to the mythical german efficiency !! Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

I ordered 2 items 5 weeks ago and as yet I have not received them. I will not be purchasing anything else from them!

Better delivery times, and tracked delivery.
Waiting weeks for a parcel, royal mail left parcel outside in the rain whilst I was on holiday, if it was a tracked parcel I could have re-arranged a date for delivery.

Although they say they are updating their website It’s bee weeks now Still can’t login to my account it comes up I don’t have an account with them after being a customer for years Goods take weeks to arrive although they are in stock
If you phone up the advisor says they know nothing about anything except they are updating the system The goods are good quality especially when the sales are on which is why i still shop with them

Delivery times need to be hugely improved - I ordered quite a few items for my holidays (all of which were 'in stock') three weeks before I went and they did not arrive in time.
Whilst I am aware many items come from Germany, 4.5 weeks delivery is just not acceptable in a day and age where most 'orders' are almost the day after.

It should not have happened ...
I have been a long standing client of PETER HAHN. The clothes are fine, but the customer service has recently been pretty bad. The refund was terribly delayed but has finally come in. Whilst trying to get this resolved, I found the people answering emails did not read them properly. To blame was apparently a new system, let's see what the future brings.

Delayed Order, Lack of Information and Customer Care
I have ordered a cardigan on 14th May 2023, which I have not received yet - 16 working days after ordering. When I wrote asking when I would receive the cardigan, I just got a standard email saying that your delivery time is 8-10 working days, which showed that Chelsea MB did not read my query properly.
I think you delivery service is very slow and you haven't let me know when I will receive my order. I am left wondering whether you are aware that I haven't received my order when you have taken my money and the delivery is late. You are sending me further adverts by email and you are still advertising the same cardigan in the colour supplements but I have not received my order. You can improve by letting me know when I will receive my order.
