I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Painfully slow service. I ordered a pair of shoes on 29th April and to date (27th May) I have still not received them. According to Peter Hahn they have at least now been despatched but I wonder how much longer I will have to wait. I contacted them twice to find out what was going on and was fobbed off with automated letters. Needless to say I will not be shopping with this company again

I ordered a dress on 11th June, and it has just been delivered, today, 9th July. I have phoned several times to establish the whereabouts of the item, and sent emails. The excuse was that they had incorrectly printed the labels on several orders that had only a name on the house, but no number, they had omitted to print the name of the house and therefore the parcel was returned to sender!

I am still awaiting delivery of my order placed on 22nd May. I have sent an email before and I received an automatic reply say in I would receive a personal message soon. I am still waiting. As I am going away this weekend and wanted it for that I shall cancel the order if I don't receive it by Thursday and also as zi thinkthat the dresses I ordered are now in the sale I expect a rebate.

The delivery of items was very delayed because of systems issues. When invited to cancel I did so but then discovered one item was 'in processing' and couldn't be cancelled. It did eventually arrive. Communication was slow throughout. The item delivered is good quality and I would have liked to use them again but I will not be doing so as I cannot rely on when I might receive my items.

I tried so hard to get my order and I gave my card info several times on the phone and online and they said it had gone through but they kept then later sending me messages that it had been declined… i asked someone to call me and it never happened. There’s nothing wrong with my card, I have been using it elsewhere like normal. Even when I complained on email I received no response.

Disgraceful delivery times.

Speed up the turnaround from initial order to delivery date. My initial order date was the 6th May and my item was shown as in stock, yet here I am almost a month later and still no word on when I will receive my item. Disgraceful. When one looks at other businesses in the same area and yet they can have a seven day turnaround or less. What on earth is wrong with Peter Hann?

I've had problems receiving orders etc

I've had problems receiving orders since they say they've had a new computer system installed. It still says on the website "Temporary restrictions due to a system changeover". And you still can't see your orders on the website. When will they get on top of all this, it's been going on for many months now? Pity. I like the clothes, but they do seem to have some real problems

I’m still waiting for a refund from May, despite promises it still hasn’t been received. Two orders still haven’t arrived yet money was taken from my account 4/8/23 for one order yet they tell me it was only dispatched on29/8/23. They also took money out of my account and the item still isn’t in stock. Surely it’s illegal to keep taking the money and not sending the goods

"in stock" is the same as "not in stock" !!!

I ordered a dress which was shown on the website as "in stock" and then on the order confirmation as "in stock". After 3 1/2 weeks I enquired when the dress would arrive, only to be told that there was no stock at all and that I would only get the dress if there was a return. I checked the website the next day and the dress was still shown as being in stock. Not happy.

I recently ordered a dress by telephone which was in stock and telephoned yesterday to find out why I had not received it only to be told it was not in stock. Surely at the very least I could have been advised but it was definitely in stock when I ordered. I also find that the orders are taking far too long to arrive. Very disappointed with Peter Hahn!

Why do you bother to send me your brochures with a 15% discount voucher which I used against my recent order, which incidentally showed as IN STOCK and then cancel the order? I have ordered these pyjamas a few times before and did have to wait for them longer than average, but did receive them. I have now ordered pyjamas from Harrods, Hanro and have receive them.

Not anymore reliable

I had to return 2 items because they didn't fit.This was at the beginning of May. After 5 phone calls and promises that the money would be back on my account in 5 working days it is still not refunded. I did order another item and the amount was taken off my credit card already but the item wasn't delivered yet. For now I have stopped ordering from Peter Hahn.

Order placed 23/5/23. Not received as they have new system. Was told on phone it was on its way but didn't arrive. Phoned again end of June to be told it was not available till August. I used Peter Hahn a lot in the past and have always had to wait about 3 weeks as goods come from Germany. Very disappointed that I can no longer shop with them.

I returned the jacket on 2/05/23 through Post Office Ltd. The address the jacket was returne to is Woodview Road, TQ77SR. I have not had any communication from Peter Hahn about my refund. I tracked my return and it was delivered on 5/05/23. I think they have had more than enough time to refund my money. Post office bar code is QY261442824GB.

1 have ordered again from them, to give them another chance, have not recived my order again can not get into my account on line to see were it is they are still saying doing a upgrade on there systems, but there never get in touch with me to keep me updated. The upgrade started in MARCH! also my order was ordered on the 8th of September.

Order placed on the 10th May, money taken from account 21st May. I have sent numerous e-mails chasing the order and have been told it’s on its way, but they have not been able to provide a tracking number even when I requested it. It’s now 7th June and I still have not received £80 item - dreadful service. Can someone provide a refund!

Delivery times are awful. Put through a huge order on 10 May which has still not arrived and no emailed update received either. Try to create an account to be able to check for myself and can't figure out how which shouldn't be so hard. Unfortunately think that won't bother ordering again after this order arrived, if it does.

Very long delay in delivery. Order placed May 6 - Still waiting! Had to contact company twice to get an explanation - they did not contact me. Better service expected from a company which charges high prices. Even the buyer protection service which comes with an order has proved difficult to deal with. Unlikely to buy again

It’s taken over four months to actually purchase a jumper. Been told umpteen times it coming, it’s there.it’s on its way and it was never properly ordered. Also it takes far too long to receive anything, and refunds are also unfortunately slow. There are three planes a day from Germany so goods should be here in days
