I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

PETER HAHN - not recommended as a trustworthy online retailer

I have been a loyal customer of PETER HAHN for years. I am now experiencing for the second time, the absence of a refund - this one for £486.95 - which is a considerable sum of money. In the past, I did not have to check because refunds were processed quickly and accurately. This has changed. I am having to check and when I complain, I find out there has been an error, but that is not corrected immediately. The explanation of a change of system after months no longer washes. I do not recommend PETER HAHN, despite their lovely clothes ...

Ordered on different occasions two pairs of sneakers one pair on 24 April and another pair 5 May. Both pairs were returned immediately and haven’t received refund for either pair. Very annoyed as this will incur interest on my credit card. Will certainly think twice before ordering anything from Peter Hahn again. Spoke to someone on the phone who said I would get my refund, but still no luck. I could have been to Germany and back in the time it is taking to get my refunds. Waiting For Refund Still

I returned an item which unfortunately was too big on the 30/06/23.It is now the 24/07/23 and I have still not received my refund after 4 phone call.Which is very bad service.Never had this trouble with other retailers,in fact just did a return to London and the second day a refund was issued.What is going on Peter Hahn.I have since ordered from the retailer in London the clothes are quality and gorgeous and they don’t hold on to your money.I think twice now before ordering from a Peter Hahn for this very reason.

Had to call and ask where my delivery was as it was 7 days beyond delivery date as on the order email. Was told that item was back dated to September. I had not received any communication about this change of delivery. Had a specific date/ event that I was hoping the dress would be appropriate for. Was very disappointed in such awful customer service. Cancelled order. Will definitely think hard before ordering with them again. Already know that they are slow to refund returned items from previous experience.

Delivery service extremely poor. After waiting for 3 weeks emailed their Customer Service to be informed that a delivery date could not be confirmed. I telephone again after another couple of weeks to be informed that the order could not be met as the item ordered was no longer in stock. Their communications need to be addressed both internally and to customers. Doubt that I will use this company again. Doubt that I will bother to use them again.

Although they say they are updating their website It’s bee weeks now Still can’t login to my account it comes up I don’t have an account with them after being a customer for years Goods take weeks to arrive although they are in stock If you phone up the advisor says they know nothing about anything except they are updating the system The goods are good quality especially when the sales are on which is why i still shop with them

I placed an order on May 2nd, and subsequently three others - the latest being last week, but have received nothing - although I understand that payment for at least one of the orders has been taken from my account. I have written several e mails of complaint requesting a delivery date, only to be told that Peter Hahn are "re-organising". Whatever happened to the mythical german efficiency !! Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

∂elivery of an item from stock is now at the 3 week stage and still no sign of when it might be delivered.Your customer service person had no idea of what the term customer service meant.She finally told me she was not actually a customer service advisor and all the customer service staff had gone home.After various meaningless platitudes she then told me not to raise my voice .Goodbye to Peter Hahn they won't be getting our money again.

Deliver the goods in reasonable time. We placed our order on 10/5, were advised that 4 of the 6 items had been despatched, were debited for the goods on our credit card and we are still awaiting the goods! I rang yesterday lunch time to complain and when I eventually spoke to an operative, she was very offhand and advised they would be on their way from Germany. Needless to say we shall not be using Peter Hahn again.

It is now four weeks since I placed my order, I also placed another order three weeks ago. I have not received any communication as to when I will receive my orders. I have phoned and was told ten to fourteen days. I think in this modern era of technology one should not have to wait so long for an order when the items are supposed to be in stock and I am being bombarded with “offer emails from Peter Hahn.

Never again

My order was placed a month ago. The only communication was ten days ago telling me my order had been despatched. When it still didn't arrive I phoned customer service who in an off hand way told me they had systems problems and the order would be despatched in the next few days. It still hasn't arrived. I have now had an email showing that the order still is unsent. But they took payment on

Orders never sent

First order o/s and had 2 emails notifying me of a delay. Order never fulfilled despite item appearing back in catalogue as ‘in stock’ and no communication. 2 further orders not fulfilled with no communication at all. Would give no stars if and will be very unlikely to order from PH again

I have been waiting nearly 4weeks for an item to be delivered and have now been told that it's out of stock and won't be delivered until we'll after Christmas. If it's not in stock I should have been told at the point of ordering.

At the moment they are not in my good books. I ordered done trousers in April and I discover in July that they are out if stock. I could have bought other trousers elsewhere and haven’t got any now do not too happy with P. Hahn

Speed up your orders and any refunds. Customer Service people are very good and helpful but they feel at a loss as to what to do. After some years of buying here, I am afraid, I will not be doing so anymore.

I ordered a dress on 11th June, and it has just been delivered, today, 9th July. I have phoned several times to establish the whereabouts of the item, and sent emails. The excuse was that they had incorrectly printed the labels on several orders that had only a name on the house, but no number, they had omitted to print the name of the house and therefore the parcel was returned to sender!

I am still awaiting delivery of my order placed on 22nd May. I have sent an email before and I received an automatic reply say in I would receive a personal message soon. I am still waiting. As I am going away this weekend and wanted it for that I shall cancel the order if I don't receive it by Thursday and also as zi thinkthat the dresses I ordered are now in the sale I expect a rebate.

The delivery of items was very delayed because of systems issues. When invited to cancel I did so but then discovered one item was 'in processing' and couldn't be cancelled. It did eventually arrive. Communication was slow throughout. The item delivered is good quality and I would have liked to use them again but I will not be doing so as I cannot rely on when I might receive my items.

I tried so hard to get my order and I gave my card info several times on the phone and online and they said it had gone through but they kept then later sending me messages that it had been declined… i asked someone to call me and it never happened. There’s nothing wrong with my card, I have been using it elsewhere like normal. Even when I complained on email I received no response.
