I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

They need to improve customers recording of purchases online.
More reference to purchases made.
Also the need to swap an item for a different size in the same transaction
i.e. return and exchange at the same time.

They never acknowledge when they receive returned goods or will deliver. And do not advise when a refund will be made. Very disappointing as this has become worse over the years.

The orders take forever to arrive. Not many options for returning, especially when there are no Post Offices nearby. Lack of communication.

I still have not received my order which I placed on the 9th September. They have not contacted me about the delay. I have rung them twice, the last time a week ago and they said the item was in and it would be sent out immediately, I have not received it yet. I am fed up and ready to cancel my order.

Had to cancel an order as it took too long .
The next order apparently failed because they couldn't take payment. They did not inform me of this so I waited and waited for the order. I only found out when I contacted them via email. It took quite some time for them to respond

One out of three items delivered — had to sent back delivered — spoke three times to Peter Hann office— still no deliveries. Eventually were given the option to Cancell all orders due to uncertain deliveries at their end !! Cancelled all
