I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Quality clothing

I ordered 3 items on 26.05.23. Two of the items arrived swiftly after about 3-4 days. I then received an email on the 1st June saying they were experiencing longer delivery times and offered me a £20 voucher on next order. After waiting a further two weeks for the missing item I phoned to check that it hadn’t gone astray. They said it would arrive shortly and, after a further week I am still waiting for the completion of my order.

Nice shoes, terrible delivery service.

A few days after I placed my order, I received an email saying that, due to 'system changeover ', my order was delayed. It eventually arrived nearly 3 weeks after I ordered. I was offered 'compensation ' in the form of a voucher for £20 off a full-priced item over £75, but I was not inclined to give them any more of my money; a refund of the £4.95 postage charge would have been much more appropriate.

Order placed 23/5/23. Not received as they have new system. Was told on phone it was on its way but didn't arrive. Phoned again end of June to be told it was not available till August. I used Peter Hahn a lot in the past and have always had to wait about 3 weeks as goods come from Germany. Very disappointed that I can no longer shop with them.

Only one out of two items ordered have arrived, a month after placing the order. New computer systems installed need removing and revert to previous system that worked!

You should not try to sell items when you know you cannot supply. If changing your systems, make sure it works before trying to use it. You have displayed appalling management.

Order was slow to arrive, and only aprt fulfilled. The delivery note with the items that were delivered stated that the other item should have arrived 5 days before. When I contacted Peter Hahn, they stated that they had no delivery date for the missing item (despite what the dispatch note said....)

The order was delayed, and then they claimed they couln't get access to deliver it on Sat 17 June. I paid £2.99 for them to re-deliver on Monday 19 June, but I see no evidence that they attempted redelivery on that date, and still do not have my order

Very poor communication

I placed an order 4 weeks ago & apart from an email to say delivery may be longer than usual, have heard nothing - no delivery date, no apology, nothing. I contacted them & had an automated reply… It does make one wonder if they’re actually still in business!

I ordered a pair of trousers on 24thMay £69.95 has been taken from my bank account some 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the trousers! This is just not exceptable

I placed an order on 24th may and had not heard anything from them until I rang this morning chasing a delivery date and was now told that expected delivery would be 10th July. The item I had ordered was for a wedding on 1st july so thought I had ordered well in time. Needless to say I have cancelled the order.

The system upgrade has been a disaster. Orders cannot be viewed or cancelled online. I have received two parcels with an incomplete address which delayed delivery.
