I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again
Everything I've had from them is of excellent quality
They have a wide range and everything I've had from them is of excellent quality and precisely as described. Good use of natural fibres - wool, cotton etc - without the bulking out with man-mades which are impossible to wash with a clear environmental conscience.

Communication! You aren’t advised when order has been despatched. No tracking available and customer service can’t give true information on where order is and if it’s been sent. A tad frustrating, when you pay £4.95 for delivery order took 20 days to arrive.

You pay £4.95 delivery as we dispatch from Germany, however we do offer a free return label inside every parcel so a return will always be free. I ordered the indoor jacket online because it seemed impossible to phone in an order. I received the jacket eventually.
Now, Royal Mail have delivered another identical jacket. I will return it to Peter HAhn by mail, on Monday morning, 9th October.
The jacket ordered was at a really good discounted price as Peter Hahn are not cheap products but are usually of a good quality. I was very pleased with the jacket, it was a lovely design,colour and the quality was there. Overall very satisfied .

very slow in delivering goods when i tried to cancel after a while waiting it was too late I have had to return one garment and again there has been no response acknowledging receipt of returned article and no information as to a refund

Excellent Website!
The website is extremely efficient and only once in several years has a problem occurred. I emailed Customer Service and got an immediate reply, pertinent to the issue. The clothes are lovely but still in big sizes. Really good all round.

wide selection of clothes and designers; very good choice of materials, sizes quick order system and returns.
could re-enable the customers information - items ordered , goods outstanding. and items returned etc; this is greatly missed!!!!
The swim suit is good. It fits because I had once bought same pattern in a shop and got it fitted. Difficult to know what sizes fit with PH as each designer label ( great they are designer) his different sizing. But lovely clothes. Thanks.

Extensive range of high quality coats at competitive prices, and the website is very user-friendly. Their customer service is super-efficient and overall, an excellent buying experience. Only complaint is their boxes are on the big size!

A good choice of quality products . Peter Hahn must cater for financially privileged customers as a large number of the items for sale are expensive. Deliveries are quicker than they used to be. Overall I trust this retailer's service.
I particularly liked the knitted jacket and I am so looking forward to receiving it. I have never in all the years I have been using this site , had any problems with either quality, returns or queries. An excellent service every time.
Very slow delivery. Also miss my account details on your website . Need to look at previous orders and outstanding deliveries . Other than that I really do love all your clothes and a very good selection to please all different ages .

It said that there is £5.00 off, it did not give me any chance to go to put in the code for this, so I have [paid the full price. Not very pleased about this. The item number is 80115077, ordered by J Coville. please refund the £5.00

Excellent quality clothes at reasonable prices. I find it difficult to buy styles I like and which suit me, but Peter Hahn is one of the best outlets.
It is not ideal if the item is wanted urgently as delivery can be quite long.
I am satisfied with the products most of the time good quality and there are so many choices to select from but the delivery needs to improve Sometimes it takes much longer for them to be delivered which is very frustrating
Peter Hahn is the one for me. They have a great range to choose form. Their web site is easy to use. They use the Royal Mail for deliveries, so ever thing is safe not like EVRI. I do not feel they need to change anything.
Wide variety of fashion online. After ordering ,waiting weeks for delivery and in some cases order never arrives. Please improve your communication and keep customer updated from point of ordering to dispatch and delivery

Delivery time is excessive - office reorg. Is taking a long time leading to this problem. Sadly I am sticking with them because of the style and quality

Better delivery times, and tracked delivery.
Waiting weeks for a parcel, royal mail left parcel outside in the rain whilst I was on holiday, if it was a tracked parcel I could have re-arranged a date for delivery.

Love the clothes. So different but delivery could be quicker.
I would like my order to be delivered a little quicker. Not sure where the goods come from but if its the UK I'm sure they could arrive sooner.
If they originate from outside the UK that would explain the delay.
