I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Great products…. You have to wait for them
Great products.. and very tempting.
Delivery is rather slow and may be because some come from Europe… but there is little information on when something could be arriving. Otherwise I would give five stars.

Made an order. Only when my 1st item was despatched was I told that my t-shirt was out-of-stock. This item is still available on the site. I can still order it. If it still available, why is it out-of-stock?

Really pleased with the design, quality and elegance of the beautiful fashion .
The only downside is the delivery time. It would be great if this could be speeded up and a tracking number issued.

High quality goods but very slow delivery.
Very high quality and large variety of goods. There is just one downside and that is the long time for delivery.
The item I ordered today 10 September is quoted as arriving around 13 October !

you did not have the item I ordered in stock and could not therefore fulfil the order. yo also have such long times to wait for dresses that it would be out of season buy the time they arrived!

Wrong shoe fitting sent.
I ordered two pairs of shoes . I received a pair with wrong fitting. I had to send it back. There is no communication that the second pair of shoes ordered was out of stock.

Non-standard sizes
Very wide choice, but sizes are very different from standard ones. I ordered a pair of jeans and had to get a size 22 to fit me, whereas I normally have size 18 or even 16.
