I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Very Disappointed would have liked to be kept informed of progress

I am still waiting for a top that I ordered over two months ago I was told I should receive it around the 7th of August but still not arrived.

Out of stock

When I ordered this it was in stock. When I chased my order I was told it was out of stock but no one bothered to inform me! One piece arrived but I’m still waiting for my second item.

Clothing and shoes fine but lengthy delivery time dreadful and when trying to sort things sorted by telephone one operator rude and put the phone down on me - not very good customer service. Also, complete confusion at your end resulted in an order being repeated and item being sent to me that I had not ordered this month but back in June (which I had to cancel because of waiting over three weeks and needing it for a holiday). Unfortunately, I no longer wish to order from Peter Hahn again.

Could get no reply when phoning to place order. Tried on 3 consecutive days. Explanation was changes in system! Previous order for jacket never arrived on phoning told it was on way but item never delivered with no explanation.

I've had problems receiving orders etc

I've had problems receiving orders since they say they've had a new computer system installed. It still says on the website "Temporary restrictions due to a system changeover". And you still can't see your orders on the website. When will they get on top of all this, it's been going on for many months now? Pity. I like the clothes, but they do seem to have some real problems

Clothes take months to arrive

It’s easy to order the goods but they take months to be delivered as what I order never seems to be in stock. Summer clothes arrive in winter!

you did not have the item I ordered in stock and could not therefore fulfil the order. yo also have such long times to wait for dresses that it would be out of season buy the time they arrived!

Ordered 4 items which were on stock on the website. Arrived only on e as the others, I learnt opening the box, were out of stock. I would have expected an email as soon as they knew this as the orders are not reaching you in just a couple of days. It was too late then for me to buy a swimming suit for my holiday

Avoid this company

Peter Hahn promises not to take your money until your order is dispatched - this is untrue. My credit card has been debited but I've been waiting 19 days now for a pair of sandals & 17 days for a blouse. Peter Hahn took the money without delivering. So much for their promise. I'm so fed up that I tried to cancel these 2 orders - the company refused to cancel. I am still waiting for an acknowledgement (let alone a damned refund) for goods returned to Peter Hahn on 28 June. Service using the telephone order line is dreadful, Average wait time for (seemingly the only) operative to pick up is 20 minutes & the last time this happened I was told to call back next day because the computer was down. I will never order from this online retailer again. I've never experienced service as poor as this before.

Thank you for your review. If we have charged your card this will be because your order is in transit. We do ask to allow 8-10 working days for the order to arrive via Royal Mail. We would never refuse a customer to cancel their order, but sadly in this case as the order had left our German warehouse this could not be cancelled as this was in transit. We are experiencing high return volumes in our return department at present but our return team is working hard to issue all refunds accordingly.
