I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

I have been waiting for my £299 refund since September 25th, and have received emails about stock taking in Germany. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Delivery times are poor, items take weeks and weeks to arrive. The processing of returned goods is also much too slow. Items are always of good quality.

I still have not received my order which I placed on the 9th September. They have not contacted me about the delay. I have rung them twice, the last time a week ago and they said the item was in and it would be sent out immediately, I have not received it yet. I am fed up and ready to cancel my order.

Waiting times for delivery far to long

When you place an order with them at the beginning of September, you don’t expect to have to wait until the beginning of November to have it delivered

Quality packaging. Timely response from customer service. However, it would be nice to be informed when a purchase had been shipped, with tracking number. Then it would be possible to monitor where the parcel is.

I love the quality and the discreet quirky detail (eg sequins)

I love the quality and the small quirky detail on the last Brax Jeans I ordered, which "feminised" them and made them stand a little apart from other sellers. I'm disappointed with the delivery times though - other suppliers leave you standing on this.

One out of three items delivered — had to sent back delivered — spoke three times to Peter Hann office— still no deliveries. Eventually were given the option to Cancell all orders due to uncertain deliveries at their end !! Cancelled all This seems a sign at the moment that this company have money problems!!

Over £300 worth of clothes left at side of house in the rain for days. No notification of delivery coming or that it had been left. Cardboard boxes ruined so not easy to do returns and paperwork illegible

We do apologise that, due to current technical issues, some customers are not receiving the emails that we usually send out one a parcel reached the Royal Mail to advise that the parcel is almost with them and to allow tracking. Not Delivered and waited a whole month for a refund

I ordered and paid for an item of clothing as a present for my Wife. I spent 15 mins waiting for someone to pick up the phone, only to be told "Yes, it is in stock, we'll get it out to you asap, it is due to our new computer system" I waited, then got emailed to confirm that I was getting a refund. Got a refund, then had to re-order it. My Wife is very unhappy that she did not receive the present that I had promised her. I replaced the order & paid for it! Let's hope that it arrives! To make matters worse, I only got a £20 refund for my inconvenience which I could not use when I went to reorder it. I am not happy and my Wife is even less happy with Peter Hahn

Buyer beware

Wish I’d read previous reviews before ordering from this company for the first time. It’s over 5 weeks since I placed my order and item still not received. Very poor communication and customer service - the only communication I’ve had from the company is the initial confirmation of order & that they took the money from my account 2 weeks ago , all online updates say the order is ‘in dispatch’ (& has been for several weeks), there is no online tracking . Customer services were pleasant when I phoned them , but I had to wait 25 minutes before my call was answered, it is alleged that a new IT system is the cause of all the problems but I was told this went operational in April …. 6 months of delays, bad customer reviews and nothing’s been sorted really????? There is only a customer service / returns service operating in UK, all orders are dispatched from Germany ……….. my assumption is that they only get dispatched when there is a lorry or cargo load to be transported . Products they sell look great but I will never order from them again

You need to sort out your website. I have placed orders using Klarna. The orders were accepted only to be told later payment has failed. It took a lot of my time to finally get an explanation from customer service.
