I have recently bought lots from Peter Hahn over the last few months - having ‘grown out of’ many items during lockdowns and also becoming fed up with shoddy quality from other suppliers. The clothes of the latter look fabulous in photographs on gorgeous models online but in reality the fabrics mostly turn out to be shoddy and unflattering. My Hahn purchases are the reverse - they look good, feel good, and are wearing well. Also having had too much experience of returning unwanted items to other suppliers, orders that were delivered crammed into horrible chunks of plastic, the Hahn packaging is brilliantly simple and elegant and could not be more customer friendly - thanks! Wrong colour cardigan delivered. I sent it back the following day, enclosing an order for the red cardigan originally ordered and a cheque. I have received no confirmation that the parcel has been received or confirmation that a further order has been received and is being processed and an estimate of when I might receive the new order. This is routine for Peter Hahn. Other mail order firms provide a delivery date a few days beforehand. This enables the recipient to be at home . Parcels from Peter Hahn just arrive unannounced. This is a shame, as their clothes are lovely. I provide an email address, so communication would not be difficult.

I contacted them twice on tracking my item, I must say that on both occasions they were very helpful and polite but on receiving the item which was a Day.Like sleeveless long jacket at sale price of £149 I was very very disappointed to find a split in the side seam,as it took a long time to arrive coming from Germany I had it stitched.i think it should have been inspected more closely as a card with it said packed and checked by a member of staff..

Item arrived too late for my event. Dress was lovely and well made but a small problem was seen when the dress did not hang quite right and just needed a fastening adjusted slightly, which was impossible to do as the snap fastener was not stitched on, but was a fixed stud which could not be moved even a little bit without leaving a hole in the fabric! Beautiful dress had to be returned sadly.

My last order took over 2 months to arrive. Had to phone customer service to chase it up. Was given a very terse 'stock' answer - it'll be with you in 10 days. If I had a problem I should speak to my local postman was suggestion when I said will now arrive when I'm away.??!!! Products are always good quality.The website search settings could be improved eg cannot search for wide fit shoes.

I was not aware that goods have to be shipped from overseas. Delivery is consequently slower than expected. Also no email information is sent to warn of impending delivery. My item was left on the step outside my house for 24 hours and only discovered by accident when a relative called in. Fortunately it had not rained and the item had not been stolen. Better communication re delivery.

A big delay in receiving the trousers, but now they have arrived (22.09.21) I have a dilemma. The cut is the dreaded masculine one, with the waistband around the hips, so needing a belt to hold them up. Fine for belt manufacturers but irritating to wear, tight around tummy. But the colour, marsala, is perfect with some of my favourite shirts. I shall probably keep them because of that.

Purchased online, so no customer service. Extremely pleased with the purchase. Delivery time is very poor, I was beginning to wonder if I had actually ordered them. They arrived yesterday. Not impressed with speed of service and if they had to be exchanged, the summer would be gone by the time I got what I needed.

The parcel took ages to arrive and the packaging inadequate so was damaged in transit. Fortunately the jacket I ordered was not damaged but I didn’t think it was good enough quality for the price. I emailed customer service regarding how long the delivery was taking and I received a prompt reply from them.

Please fix your online ordering detail entering section. Every time I order it refuses to accept the correct post code in either format or the town where I live - I think I would know that. You have to enter about three times with the two red sections still incorrect and then it finally accepts!

I ordered 2 items on 13/6. I was informed delivery would be 30/6. I received part of the order on 3/7 but am still waiting for the other item now scheduled "on or before 10/7". I believe money has been taken out of my acccount even before yesterdays delivery - why?

Stylish, good quality products let down by poor delivery system. No advice when product sent, no advice product en-route, no advice re: delivery date. I was told it was down to the delivery company (The Post Office)...well, change your delivery company.

I think deliveries could be quicker l am still waiting for order from 26.9.21. Refunds don't take too long so that's one good thing. I do think their prices are getting too much so really have to think about buying anything from them now.

Most dissapointed with the delay and very late delivery. The item was required and ordered for a very special occasion and which failed to be delivered when promised. It arrived almost one month late. A great need for improvement!
