I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again
I still have not received my cardigan. I was informed of the delay, but demand for the item (advertised at a reduced price in at least one magazine) should have been anticipated.

I returned the jacket on 2/05/23 through Post Office Ltd. The address the jacket was returne to is Woodview Road, TQ77SR.
I have not had any communication from Peter Hahn about my refund. I tracked my return and it was delivered on 5/05/23.
I think they have had more than enough time to refund my money.

The range of products, and the quality are excellent, they arrive beautifully packed BUT it takes such a long time to get the items ordered.! I have been waiting since 2nd May for an order whereas other companies send items within three days - why the delay ?
