I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Poor delivery service and always blame their computer. A number of items in the sale ordered which were stated as being in stock but even after 3 months never arrived. Numerous telephone calls to check IF and WHEN they were to be delivered proved finally that they would NOT be delivered.

Sadly if they are not able to fulfil a delivery to us, we in turn then cannot fulfil our customers order. no show of orders, I have had to chase customer service to find out were my orders are from May, still not recived. I have been told a new system is being installed, all i can say it is taking a very long time, I can not even log on to my account.The UK base is blaming the Germany company.

Very poor delivery and communication as to delay and expectation of when delivery will take place. I was told money wouldn’t be taken until dispatch. My payment was taken on 22nd May but still no idea when good will be received. This not what I had expected from such a well known brand.

Have a proper IT system, a functioning website. For a long time I have been unable to check my past orders so can’t check sizes or reorder. Very frustrating the long period without a solution.?not acceptable theses days. Enormousvdelay in delivering orders. Will go to another shop.

Thank you for your review. Our IT team are working hard on our technical errors so our customers are able to view past order historys once more. We only upgraded our systems 1 month ago and naturally we are experiencing teething problems we are working almost around the clock to try and solve for our customers. Extremely poor service

I placed my order on the 26th June after several emails chasing up it eventually arrived on the 18th July. Appalling communication. I returned my order - they received it on the 24th July. I emailed asking about my refund still not heard. Will never use this company again!!!

Not to mislead customers by saying items are in stock when they are not. Then sending the item weeks later when they are no longer required necessitating its return. Until l receive my refund l have to suffer the daily onslaught of advertising before l can unsubscribe.

Disappointed

Still not received order placed on 25 June and now 23 July! 3 of 4 items out of stock when processed. Tried to cancel unsuccessfully but very polite customer service team. Let’s hope their new computer system is more accurate but it has put me off using their website

Ordered on 28th April ,payment taken on 15th May,email to say it was on its way on 20th May ,more recent email to apologise for delay.I feel that the information that there would be a delay should have come sooner with the offer to cancel.It has not yet arrived.

I placed an order due for a delayed delivery on 25th May. I contacted customer service last week only to be told there had been issues their end with payment processing. No evidence of my order. I then cancelled. Very disappointed as I have purchased goods in past.

I received news emails daily but never any information, other than confirmation of the order, about the order. To date after two lengthy waiting telephone call, I would know nothing. The payment was taken two days ago but to date, no order has been received.

The money went out of my bank on 12 April. I sent them back on 25 April. I still haven't received my refund. I have contacted you twice and have been told today that the money should be in my account by the end of next week. Very disappointed with the service.

This company has poor customer communications - they accepted orders and forgot to advise that there distribution system was shutting down for a major upgrade (which apparently failed and required a second attempt) - still waiting for a delivery a month later

Very poor communication

I placed an order 4 weeks ago & apart from an email to say delivery may be longer than usual, have heard nothing - no delivery date, no apology, nothing. I contacted them & had an automated reply… It does make one wonder if they’re actually still in business!

I have been waiting for an order since 11/08/23. Phoned once and told it was in stock and would be dispatched soon...not charged yet. I am thinking of cancelling the order. No doubt the prices have dropped by now but I will be charged at order price.

I have been a Peter Hahn customer a very long time but just lately they have been poor at delivery and respecting their customers so much that I have written to the CEO in Germany if you contrast their service with Marina Rinaldi Peter Hahn is very poor

Ordered a Dress, they only had my size, had confirmation and was told things were taking longer to process at the moment, then never heard anything for a month. Contacted them and their reply was that they they have cancelled the order, not impressed.

Customer communication is very poor, needs much improvement since there are constant delays with delivery of ordered items. It is difficult to remain understanding when there is no contact from the Peter Hahn team and an apparent reluctance to engage.

The order was delayed, and then they claimed they couln't get access to deliver it on Sat 17 June. I paid £2.99 for them to re-deliver on Monday 19 June, but I see no evidence that they attempted redelivery on that date, and still do not have my order

We only use Royal Mail for our deliveries and they will never ask for money for a redelivery. We would recommend getting in touch with your bank to settle the issue further. No e mail acknowledgement of order or notification of dispatch and very slow delivery (more than 2 weeks for order to arrive despite being in stock). Wanted item for holiday in 2 weeks but didn’t order as couldn’t be sure it would arrive in time.

Poor communication

Ordered and paid for items, due to a glitch on their site payment never went through - rang and completed payment again then 4 weeks later after me contacting them was told that items were no longer available. No contact at all. Very disappointed.
