I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Wide variety of fashion online. After ordering ,waiting weeks for delivery and in some cases order never arrives. Please improve your communication and keep customer updated from point of ordering to dispatch and delivery

Had to call and ask where my delivery was as it was 7 days beyond delivery date as on the order email. Was told that item was back dated to September. I had not received any communication about this change of delivery. Had a specific date/ event that I was hoping the dress would be appropriate for. Was very disappointed in such awful customer service. Cancelled order. Will definitely think hard before ordering with them again. Already know that they are slow to refund returned items from previous experience.

Here at PETER HAHN as we do not charge until we dispatch, please be assured we never charged you for this item. You should have received an automatic email to advise the item was out of stock - Unfortunately we have thousands of customers and it is hard to personally inform each customer when 1 item is out of stock. Poor communication

Ordered and paid for items, due to a glitch on their site payment never went through - rang and completed payment again then 4 weeks later after me contacting them was told that items were no longer available. No contact at all. Very disappointed.

very slow in delivering goods when i tried to cancel after a while waiting it was too late I have had to return one garment and again there has been no response acknowledging receipt of returned article and no information as to a refund

It takes to long to receive items you have ordered. When you return items you have to wait a long time for the money to be returned.

Go back to old system where you could see what and when you have ordered! Have been waiting for a swimsuit to be delivered must be 3 weeks so probably won’t get it for holiday!

I ordered a dress on 11th June, and it has just been delivered, today, 9th July. I have phoned several times to establish the whereabouts of the item, and sent emails. The excuse was that they had incorrectly printed the labels on several orders that had only a name on the house, but no number, they had omitted to print the name of the house and therefore the parcel was returned to sender!

PETER HAHN offers a wonderful range of clothes, and I have shopped with them for many years very successfully. However, this year my experience with their customer service has been appalling. It took weeks for my order to arrive; one of the garments was not what I wanted and the other was too small. I returned both, asking for one refund and the other to be exchanged. Again I waited weeks for the new order to be delivered only to find both had been refunded. I therefore placed a completely new order, which was confirmed, but weeks later received an e-mail to say the dress was out of stock and the order cancelled. Apparently PETER HAHN no longer do exchanges which I find unacceptable. They excuse their poor service by a system change but my first order was placed in April, and it wasn't until the end of June that I discovered I would not be able to purchase the dress I wanted. VERY disappointing, VERY poor customer service and I shall not be shopping with Peter Hahn again. To add insult to injury, the day after my last e-mail from them I received their latest catalogue - which must be extremely expensive to produce - which proudly states 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! Not with this customer, sadly.

From looking at your previous orders you are a fantastic customer and we regret this has affected you so much on this occasion. Here at PETER HAHN we have just undergone a massive system upgrade. Naturally with any form of IT we encountered some technical issues along the way. We are sorry your first order arrived incorrect. Please be politely advised we have not offered exchanges here at PETER HAHN for 4 years now. We changed our T&C's and it is also stated on your return form that any item you send back will be fully refunded and we kindly ask our customers to place new orders. Any vouchers or discounts used on the original order will always be reapplied to the new order. We cannot comment as to why you were informed the item was in stock when you replaced the order, but it may be that our supplier informed us we could not supply the item to you when we came to pick and pack this. We offer a 100% satisifaction guarentee on our returns. This means we do not specify a time limit on our returns, customers are always within their rights to return an item for a full refund should this become faulty. We appreciate the system update has not transitioned as smoothly as we would like, but our team are working around the clock to try and make our customers experience a more enjoyable one. Delivery slow

The issue with Peter Hahn is the time you have to wait for delivery of an order. It’s always around 10/12 days for delivery! Where as other companies it’s usually within 2/4 days or next day if you pay for express delivery! Peter Hahn however have a great selection of brands of shoes 👠!

Still waiting!

So disappointing - last two orders - waited months for delivery. Peter Hahn do acknowledge there is a problem. However, doubtful I will use again. Shame... nice clothes.

No delivery yet

I still have not received delivery of my order placed on 31st May, 2023. Yet again the event for which I wanted the new trousers has passed. Disappointing, but I will continue to wait. There was a message on the order confirmation to the effect that deliveries were taking longer than normal but I think Peter Hahn should try to do more to alleviate the situation.

Orders take weeks to arrive if at all

Orders take weeks to arrive, and in the last instance didn’t arrive at all. However since no money was taken I haven’t bothered to follow it up. No more shopping for me with this company.
