They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

Damaged item.

I have tried to email customercare@pakcosmetics.com Unfortunately the email wasn't going through It was my first time ordering from PakCosmetics sady the box was well secured from outside but not from inside and it didn't have Fragile Handle with care label and one of the 2 vitamin E oils that I have ordered was broken and this is how outside and inside the box looks like. I have attached pictures.

0 stars. Posted damaged goods, blamed the customer & refused to give full refund for damaged goods

Let me start by saying I’ve been robbed and blocked, this is a scam, please shop elsewhere. Half my order came with damaged seals causing 2 bottles of hair dye to leak over everything in the package. The seals were broken in the same way and the caps were loose; some of the spilled dye had dried so these were likely damaged before they were packaged. Upon receiving the damaged goods I contacted customer services and was informed I would receive a refund totalling the amount of the two damaged products. This ‘refund’ took over a week to arrive and they decided to only send half. I called to ask them why I’d only received half my refund & was rudely told I definitely saw the email where they said they can only refund 50% when I absolutely did not. (They tactically sent this email after the one suggesting they'll send a full refund so you agree to it - I responded yes to a refund totalling £7.58, nothing else & I would not have said yes if it had clearly read 50% anywhere at all in the email (this email is attached). She then refused to even attempt to listen to me, insisted I was wrong & continually interrupted me. This is some of the WORST customer service & scammy business practices I’ve come across in a while, it’s literally like they would rather you shop elsewhere (which I’d highly recommend you do) I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't buy from here unless you want to receive broken/damaged products & then be refused a full refund and completely blanked by customer services. I would rather yeet my my money into the ocean than deal with this site.

Paid extra for quicker delivery, but it wasn't going to be sent until the day that I wanted it.

I placed an order and paid extra to ensure that it would be delivered on a specific day. The order consisted of 2 items that were the same. The company contacted me by email to say that they only had one item, I responded that it was OK and gave them the opportunity to send a replacement, but with the added note that it had to be delivered by the following day. The next morning at 10am , I spoke them to confirm the order and again specified that I needed the order that day, the conversation ended with them stating that they would contact me again to confirm. However, this was not until early afternoon, whereupon they claimed it was too late for a same day delivery. I don't know why they didn't just send the one that they had and at least I would have had something. I have used this company over many years, but what has made me so annoyed is that I had stressed from the outset, that it had to be delivered by a specific date and paid extra for this delivery. I doubt I'll be using them again as they are unreliable, and I have since found a company locally, however, I would strongly suggest that they send out what they have and then sort out anything else later, even if they send out the missing item when it is next in stock.

If I was able to give no stars I would have. Do NOT buy from this company. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I recently ordered a small bottle of argan oil which arrived with the seal of protection broken. I called the customer care line to explain but all I got from the disinterested customer service agent was “that’s not possible because the products come directly from the warehouse”. She then said I would need to email the customer care department which I did. The person who replied to me was unsympathetic and basically told me in a indirectly way that I was lying. Overall I had a terrible experience with Paks. I wasn’t offered no alternative solution to the issue and they didn’t care if their customer was using one of their products that had the seal broken on arrival. I don’t have the energy or the time to go back and forth with that company for £7.99

The offered 3-5 delivery day since I ordered I was checking every day my order never been shipped on the 4th day I contacted the costumer service after 6 call all hang up and they finally replied to my email I told it was only 1 day left for delivery and was important to my parcel be next day delivery because I was going to travel and I have checked the dates before order, the berm on silence all day and I emailed again and someone said they was going to cancel my order, so they took 4 days and only after I contact they preferred cancel than do next day delivery they didn’t give me any voucher, very poor service they don’t care about the clients I don’t recommend this shop and also shouldn’t be on trust , never again

Will NOT Recommend them.

Ordered something from this company, as it was listed as in stock on the website. A few days later I get an email saying it’s now magically, “out of stock.” With zero alternatives. Last I checked there was still a listing for this item, as in stock. No way to report as misleading or potentially fraud. Working on getting a refund from the “company” that partnered with Pak, but I’m even weary of that. Thank god, I used an e gift card for this transaction. Will be looking elsewhere to order from now on.

Items missing from order. I wasn’t charged but when asked if they could deliver the items I was expecting removing the delivery charge as I had spent over £50 already the customer service was very poor. They did not help to resolve the issue or even sound concerned. I was a new customer who spends on average £30 per month on hair products and was planning on making this online store a regular to easy traveling to my closest store but not anymore.

The staff look angry. Almost as if you are an inconvenience. I had to ask for someone to help me. The assistant pointed to where the product I was looking for was. It was behind the counter so I would need her assistance. She just left me because she was anxious to serve a white lady who came in the shop AFTER me. Spent £250 but will get products on line from another source in future. Not going back.

I did not receive confirmation letter after my order. I ordered the item on Sunday for 2-3 (48 hours trackable) days delivery but the item was received on Friday. I was not able to track the item. I was basically left in lumber till delivery. I made 2 phone calls but they were not helpful after the long wait. In summary, I will never buy from that website again neither will I recommend it to anyone.

Sent packaging using an old order box with bad odour

Packaging was unacceptable an old Order box with a bad odour once you open the box. Then they send whatever items they feel like example I order an Afro comb with metal spikes and received three plastic Afro combs instead. Also they need to update the image on their website if you are selling a colour 30 wig have a display of the colour 30 wig on the site. Won’t be buying from them again

Product not well sealed and content had all poured into the box and I was only offered 50% refund. Even though there is proof that the content was not available foe me to use. I had no problem with the issues but the customer service was really poor, offering a 50% refund for a product that I cannot use, and this is because of the poor packaging, the serum was not sealed properly.

Items not available on website instead of just corresponding through email, they asking you the customer to call them. Even later when you go online to search for option B of the item, the initial option stil in stock on the website. You send them an email for alternative product. But they still ring you on a weekend at 09.00. Who does that

Sort your website out so that when you click on colour choice, it is the one you actually want. And when a customer writes in the comment section ( your colour selector not working, send colour x, someone reads that. Then perhaps when Royal Mail deliver your parcel that is 48 hour delivery 4 days later, you have the correct item!!!!

On line 8 items available then told only 5 available. Accepted the 5 even though unit cost increased due to postage. Then one week after the original order, I was told only 3 could be posted as that are an aerosol can. I wanted these items quickly and after a week seems order has not been processed. Very poor service.

Website good, delivery service poor

It is easy to find things on the website and check out is smooth, but delivery and tracking is not good. After paying for an express service of 2 days, there were no updates then 5 days later my goods had not arrived and when I called them they said sorry your items are out of stock! I was not impressed.

Poor delivery

I ordered my items before 1pm on a Monday and paid for 2-3 delivery. You would think delivery would come latest by Thursday but it came on Friday afternoon. Making me miss doing my hair on Friday as previously planned. It felt like a scam paying for the 2-3 days delivery and not receiving it in time

Better communication.

I contacted Pak 6 days after ordering by phone, as had no status of my order after confirmation of my order. I ordered 5 of the same item, which said were available. When I rang, I was told they only had 3 in stock. So, better communication is necessary. The sales girl, Sam, was very helpful.

I paid for a 2-3 day tracked delivery. My order was on the 12th Nov and did not get a call until Thursday 16th November to say they did not have 1 item in the wear house. My order came on the 18th November. Not a good service. I asked for my funds for P& P back and was told no.
