They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

Let me start by saying I’ve been robbed and blocked, this is a scam, please shop elsewhere. Half my order came with damaged seals causing 2 bottles of hair dye to leak over everything in the package. The seals were broken in the same way and the caps were loose; some of the spilled dye had dried so these were likely damaged before they were packaged. Upon receiving the damaged goods I contacted customer services and was informed I would receive a refund totalling the amount of the two damaged products. This ‘refund’ took over a week to arrive and they decided to only send half. I called to ask them why I’d only received half my refund & was rudely told I definitely saw the email where they said they can only refund 50% when I absolutely did not. (They tactically sent this email after the one suggesting they'll send a full refund so you agree to it - I responded yes to a refund totalling £7.58, nothing else & I would not have said yes if it had clearly read 50% anywhere at all in the email (this email is attached). She then refused to even attempt to listen to me, insisted I was wrong & continually interrupted me. This is some of the WORST customer service & scammy business practices I’ve come across in a while, it’s literally like they would rather you shop elsewhere (which I’d highly recommend you do) I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't buy from here unless you want to receive broken/damaged products & then be refused a full refund and completely blanked by customer services. I would rather yeet my my money into the ocean than deal with this site.

Selling synthetic hair disguised as Remy human hair

Paid nearly £100 for 100% remy human hair extensions only to find it has synthetic strands in. Paks are refusing to refund so I have contacted my bank.

Disappointed to date...

Easy to order and goods arrived on time, however, product I ordered was a different colour to the one pictured on the website. There was no mention that colour supplied could vary, so disappointed not to receive the colour as advertised. It doesn't affect its use, but unable to contact them via live chat or 'contact us', and cannot submit product review, so now awaiting a reply to my email

Poor Service

I ordered 10 packs of hair and paid for next day delivery which I didn't get. Hair came 5 days later! Also 1 out of the 10 packs of hair that I ordered was the wrong colour! Instead of PAKS being honest and saying that they didn't have the 10npacks of hair in the colour I wanted they just put another colour in thinking I wouldn't notice.

Requested refund and had to find number for online purchases as it was the wrong colour. Refund was requested by waited a week for the actual refund to be processed and now I’ll have to wait another week for the funds to go back into my account. Always used them for my hair but everything is out of stock. The refund was too slow a process.

It’s the worst experience ever. I haven’t received my parcel until this minute. After paying for next day delivery it has been dumped with parcel force. After calling the parcel force customer service they keep rescheduling my delivery. I really don’t understand how to get this sorted .

The product delivered was not as advertised. The description on the Web-site was for the old Lynx 'Oud wood and dark vanilla' which what I wanted. PAK sent the newer, and not so good, 'Oud wood and fresh vanilla'. To me, not keeping the web-site up to date is unacceptable.

Not good packaging, inside the box…

Not good packaging inside the box wasn't popping plastic, so one of my tubs of deep conditioner arrived cracked and leaking in the box.

Order wasn't delivered but as Amazon driver's GPS says it was customer services insist that it was. We gave checked the so-called safe spaces & with out neighbours, with whom we gave good relationships & we always take parcels in for each other. This has happened with 4 recent orders, including from your partner store, My hair and beauty. I am not a liar but am being treated as one by both customer services departments which have not offer me a refund. I will review this experience and will not shop from either of these stores again.

My hair arrived quickly after probs with the website but I was confused when it had a price tag of £54.99 on it when I paid £10 more? And under that price sticker was one for £46.000. Same on every pack.

Bottle was not packed properly. Squashed out when arrived Courier put the parcel right into my black bin n got stucked into the bottom of bin Need to turn bin upside down to hit on bottom
