Got an email on Sunday to say package had been delivered and left beside shed which it has not!’no parcel and when I rang customer services , I waited 5 minutes only to be cut off twice, absolutely disgraceful!!

I received deliveries from this company in the past but my most recent one just never showed up. I paid for 3 day delivery and it's been 3 weeks and no show.

Arrived quickly but one bottle was broken and had leaked therefore I had to throw it away.apart from that everything was good

I've order products from here twice now and both times I've been sent products that are out of date. Won't be ordering again

I had one part of my order cancelled. This was not explained and the wrong hair was sent

Absolutely terrible experience. I spent over £50 and l two of the three items have a best by date of 06/24 and 08/24. This is completely unacceptable as we are in March, 03/24. The third item has a date of 02/25 which is under a year and also the product is of poor quality in the bottle. It looks as though it has already expired. Again completely unacceptable. Also, the packaging the irems came in is ridiculous, literally an old box which was for some sort of skincare product. I contacted their customer service who seems to think that selling products with such ridiculously short shelf life and of poor quality is absolutely fine. I am requesting a full refund.

I have not received my order, I was told it would be delivered to me, after all I did pay for carriage, yet I still haven't had it. The courier said he left it in reception, well there is no reception areas in our building. They are now dragging out an investigation for another 7-10 days, I have no choice but to wait, I will do this because I know that I do not have my order.

The pretty Be exfoliating scrub sold to me will expired in May, now I am thinking of how to finish a whole jar within a month considering I bought it for future use. I will have to thrash it as it will expired before usage which is a total ripoff.

Wig colour images were very small and not expandable, it was a gamble buying the colour option - turned out to have been wrong colour. The colour in the image should have been an available option, it wasn't.

Items left outside, and stolen. Have to wait another week for them to make a claim for items to be replaced. Disapointing, took a week to arrive o. First place!

Poor customer service. I received an incomplete order and was told they had checked the CCTV when the packing was done and no further action will be taken!

The product is terrible! Gave me burn sensation, had to take my shower again. Regret purchasing the product.

I had to contact customer services twice to see where my order was only to be told some of the items were out of stock. They could have called/emailed me, they have my details and I’m still waiting on a refund on the products not available
