I loved the fact that the results guided real changes in my diet. And these changes helped me to solve long lasting health problems, like a chronic diarrhea. I received the results super quickly and they are easy to interpret. It was great to have insights about deficiencies and even metal intolerance (I have a lot of body piercings and it will definitely help in future purchases). It would help if there was a clear note that the list of items in the results are ONLY those items I am sensitive to, as at first sight it gave me the impression that I was intolerant to everything that was tested. Also, an initial email making it clear that well not receive anything in our address, we should just go ahead and send the hair to the address - I saw some customers complaining they never received their kits, so making it a bit clearer that there’s no kit to be received would help

I did my first sensitivity check one year ago, I took on board what it said and made a few changes, spent a fortune on supplements it suggested I was low on. One year on and I retook the test, and maybe due to my own lack of understanding everything had changed. A new set of vitamin deficiencies, different foods I am sensitive too and last time I had a sensitivity to budgerigar’s and this year I don’t but do to wasps 🤷🏻‍♀️ surely you are either sensitive to things or not, otherwise how are you ever meant to conquer these things. I get it’s just a hair strand test, and not overly priced but even so how can everything be different?

Very disappointed with the result as it identified things that I know I am OK with and missed things that I know I am sensitive to.

Didn't highlight allergies...

My daughter has a couple of severe allergies that didn't flag up on the check... This makes me doubt the validity of the test

Hi Beth, thank you for your review. I can see we received your test sample 24th July and your test results were emailed 25th July. Our standard testing takes up to 3-5 business days and our priority testing is 2 business days. However, your test results were emailed within 24 hours. Please be aware, that our testing cannot be compared to to blood testing, as blood testing is completed for IgE allergies, and our test is not an allergy test. Allergies are separate medical conditions and are not comparable. I have checked our emails and website chats and we have not yet received any correspondence form you related to your test results. Hi Robert, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your test results and found them generic and not very informative. Please be aware, our testing is completed at our accredited labs that are regularly audited and operate under Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). We have very strcit protocols in place and all reports are based on the individual patient's sample and therefore personalised to them. There is a lot of general information in the report on how to proceed with your elimination diet, but the test results are personalised and individual to you only.
