I loved the fact that the results guided real changes in my diet. And these changes helped me to solve long lasting health problems, like a chronic diarrhea. I received the results super quickly and they are easy to interpret. It was great to have insights about deficiencies and even metal intolerance (I have a lot of body piercings and it will definitely help in future purchases). It would help if there was a clear note that the list of items in the results are ONLY those items I am sensitive to, as at first sight it gave me the impression that I was intolerant to everything that was tested. Also, an initial email making it clear that well not receive anything in our address, we should just go ahead and send the hair to the address - I saw some customers complaining they never received their kits, so making it a bit clearer that there’s no kit to be received would help

I did my first sensitivity check one year ago, I took on board what it said and made a few changes, spent a fortune on supplements it suggested I was low on.
One year on and I retook the test, and maybe due to my own lack of understanding everything had changed. A new set of vitamin deficiencies, different foods I am sensitive too and last time I had a sensitivity to budgerigar’s and this year I don’t but do to wasps 🤷🏻♀️ surely you are either sensitive to things or not, otherwise how are you ever meant to conquer these things. I get it’s just a hair strand test, and not overly priced but even so how can everything be different?

The report I got made no sense one of the raised results referred to young girls with puberty issues….go figure
Also says I am basically lactose intolerant which doesn’t makes sense.
I think maybe it’s a scam to get you to pay for more irrelevant tests to try and understand the first one

I found out it has no basis in science after buying it
It turns out this is about as accurate as getting a horoscope through peer reviewed research after the fact. Cutting out items in my report did not do anything for me. Proper testing with an nhs doctor is the only actual way to fix your health issues. Hair testing is fake science.

Ordered the kit nearly 3 weeks ago and still don't have it. My last enquiry has gone unanswered. When I ordered it there was a NZ address showing on the site any other correspondence I’ve seen has a UK address on it.
It’s all seeming a little like scam at this point…

I took the test simultaneously from two different providers. To my greatest surprise, what’s in green on one was in red on the other. The results were completely opposite. This test is hoax no studies or any scientific backup. Waste of money.

Disappointing service
Been over 10 business days since sample was sent in and received no results. Contacted to explain how long it had been and just told not to worry even though sample not received yet. Will be requesting a refund.

I did not realise it was alternative medicine and not REAL SCIENCE. I don’t think this was clearly stated in the advert. It wasn’t until I received my results that I realised it was completely useless.

Sent my sample on 27th Jan, still haven’t heard back. I downloaded the app to check for results and half the time the app doesn’t work and when it does the “track results” section doesn’t even work.

Told support my "fast track" kit had been lost in the post and they said this is normal and I should be waiting 1-25 days even though I paid extra for their fast track testing kit

I found the report difficult to read and very generalised. I was expecting a personalised summary of my intolerances and the effects, but I basically received a list of random foods, some I’ve never even heard of. Very disappointing. I had to chase up my test results. Never received an email confirming they had my sample, once I chased them up the next day I received my results.
