I absolutely love the quality of the products and I think the colours are fabulous. Especially the supreme range of gel polish. The colours are so opaque in just one swipe.
I also cannot fault the customer service. I placed a large order which was lost by the courier and Chloe was great about the whole thing. She kept me informed throughout the process and unfortunately one of the products I had originally ordered had since gone out of stock however, Chloe offered me a large choice of colours to pick from as an alternative for which I was grateful and she organised my replacement order which arrived promptly.
I cannot recommend Passione Beauty enough!
I have made few orders so far, and I must say the dispatch and delivery timings are both pretty quick. On the other hand I must say that so far in every single order that I am placing there is always at least one colour that is off. I am usually ordering when there is a sale and prices are very affordable, but I just don’t understand the quality of the products (is it just with me)!!! Bottles are always sealed and I understand that they can not be checked before sending, but I am giving up on this company. It’s always £5-£10 wasted from my order from products that are off. I think that this should be taken under consideration and hopefully not to happen to someone else.
