Having been to Cuba some years ago, I realised that when my (about to become) Husband said he’d never tried smoking a cigar, I thought I’d surprise him and some wedding guests as a little treat for the day as I’m a non smoker who bizarrely loves the smell of proper cigars, but he enjoyed it so much that I’ve now been back to shop online for the brands I could distinctly remember from my Cuba holiday in the past; I’ve only shopped online with the store so far - the products always arrive next day by DPD and in perfect condition, although it turns out you are only in Bath which is ridiculously close to us, so the Hubby most definitely has plans to pop in to see you in person, but I’ve no doubt that we’ll be ordering from you again in the very near future as anything else is now “too harsh & chemically” to smoke apparently, but your prices are better than our Harvey Nic’s & a local hotel which also has a small selection on sale in their bar so it’s a win-win situation! I’ve possibly created a bit of a monster now though as he’s a long term smoker who is completely loving his cigars, but apparently even the machine rolled Cigarillo versions of the Cuban brand he prefers are profoundly better for ‘general day smoking’ and he no longer wants anything else. I’m not sure I should be encouraging the Hubby to actually smoke more 😳 but I think if he could cut down to only smoking a lovely Cuban on an evening with a nice drink, then that’s worlds better than constantly nipping out for a smoke and is presumably a far more enjoyable smoking experience. I totally recommend Havana House but be warned that once you start smoking proper Cuban’s, everything else will feel artificial and rough in comparison so you’ll be totally hooked!

An order has been placed and it was shipped after 5-6 days an multiple phone calls all do all of the items were in stock and I payed for priority shipping, no explanation was given for the delay

Never again!!!

Havana House were slow to process my orders and the cigars came dry and damaged. Customer service is non-existant. They almost never answer the phone or the messages. When they do, they are unhelpfull and bordering rude. I batch ordered cigars and requested next day delivery, for which I paid extra, only to wait more than a week for them to be sent. When I asked about the delay even though I paid for the next day delivery, I was told that the "next day delivery" only applies to the order after it leaves their shop. So there is no point in ordering next day delivery because they will take their time to process the order. I don't even think they have much stock. When I said that is not what "the next day delivery" should be, I was simply told by the lady in the shop "if you say so". Inefficient, low quality, awful customer service. Never again will I order anything from them.

The user experience is terrible

Why not process these orders  (#325128 & #343828 & #364196) in a timely manner. Why not reply to emails in a timely manner. Why not give an explanation.

Was sent a cigar however this did not get delivered to me but to another property, I called the company and spoke to Justin who changed the address and apparently sent a new one as it was a gift for my partners 30th Birthday. His birthday has come and gone and not received anything.

Delivery times

Havana house so far have been good, I receive nice cigars that seem to be stored in good condition however I do find they take a rather long time to shipped orders out. Could be quicker

Very disappointed with this company. I bought a gift set from you which included five cigars, matches and a cigar cutter. It took nearly two weeks for the item to arrive, which I thought was poor as it stated that it should be 3 - 5 working days. When it finally arrived the matches and cigar cutter were missing! I have contacted customer services regarding this issue but have heard nothing so I’m assuming that I won’t be receiving these items. I won’t be recommending this company or using them again.

They sold me tobacco that was actually discontinued but neglected to tell me until i rang in after a week asking where it was
