I ordered a card that I wanted a sample of (I was asked to upload my file for printing so I presumed I was ordering the sample) only to receive quite a scruffy bit of paper and then another random bit of paper a few days afterwards. It was a very expensive and unispiring plain bit of paper and not a great example of the companies finished products.

bad communication, took ages to reply to messages and ended up having to pay lots of money for customs. Products were good in the end but very difficult process.

Thanks for your feedback. Our delivery time is longer than usual due to the current global chain shortage.
We unfortunately are depending on 3rd party supplier of raw materials. Besides delay in production, we also have to deal with Brexit for products which are not produced in the UK. UK customs has collapsed since then, the amount of paper work and processing has caused a significant delay in transport.
Measures have been taken to ensure that the published reviews only originate from consumers who have actually used or purchased the products or services.
