Shelving arrived promptly although the the box was soggy because of the rain. Contents were all there. I had to bend some of the bits back into shape - pliers or fingers did the job - no worries.
Assembling a bit fiddly- mainly because I was building in a cupboard with not much room to manoeuvre!! Managed ok - pleased with the result - a tough set of shelves I can stack up boxes etc on. The standard sizes available on Amazon didn’t work for me - but these are perfect. Very happy.
Pretend that is UK website and despatch. But then they sent the Item from Germany which took week longer then they stated for delivery. I needed the item weeks ago! Also the only phone number for the company is London number which is invalid.
The delivery was pretty quick but the product was damaged and in poor condition. I am waiting for a response from the support team to resolve the issue.

The product is sturdy and looks good, one of the roof poles didn’t fit, so needed to be sanded down which is annoying when you spend that kind of money.

Import fee and half missing :(
Sadly only half my order has arrived - I’ve emailed arebos but no reply and the order that did arrive came with a huge import duty fee that I had no idea about as I was ordering from a uk website!

Mart24 are supposedly the suppliers in this case, I have called them 3 times but there is never any response, i HAVE MAILED 3 TIMES AND DITTO, no resaponse.

Advert said 5 - 9 working days delivery and I'm still awaiting the item since 19th March. Very disappointed in the company.
