Easy to follow website with helpful short videos to watch as well as the written word.lf you cannot decide which product to use then you are able to talk to someone straight away. Very swift at posting with my products arriving within days.lve used most of the products for my fish pond and l find it’s reasonably priced.My only concern is with the pond equaliser which isn’t enough for my volume and then it becomes too expensive to buy two.

Spray end on bottle of Autumn lawnfeed either doesn’t draw the solution up the tube when on 3/4 pressure or if on full pressure, the spray end ejects the hose connection and I become soaked.

Good range of products at reasonable prices.

Easy to use website, good range of products. The only thing that let them down was using Royal Mail for delivery. I should have received the parcel on Saturday. Royal Mail confirmed by email that delivery would be on Saturday, but it never arrived that day, and was eventually delivered on Monday Tuesday.

Truly Excellent customer service

I just received excellent and very quick customer service from Envii. These days, most companies give shocking service still blaming Covid :-( Their Greenkeper's Secret seems a much neater way of feeding my lawn, I cannot ever get granular feed to spread at the right rate.

I love Envii

I like the products I have used. Pond Klear Xtra, Pond Equalizer, Winter pond treatment. Love the fact that they are all natural bacteria products. My pond looks so much clearer.
