The website was very easy to use and clear to understand. I would have preferred a way to order the product list to show by price ascending or name ascending but that is just a minor point. Only a few product items have actual photos of the climbing frames in situ as oppose to the computer generated graphics. It would be nice to have real photos of the climbing frames with children using them as there is no way to gauge size/scale. Measurements are provided but some real children using the equipment would help. Purchasing experience was very straightforward.

Ongoing problems. I ordered a playframe on 2nd May with delivery for 21-29th May and handed over £1000. 2 weeks later they say it’s been delayed with no further information or idea of what that delay means. I contact them repeatedly and am told 5-7 weeks from order now, but that’s “ONLY AN ESTIMATE” which gives them free reign to delay further. They say this is because of unprecedentedly high order volumes but they are still running a sale as I type this!! So welcoming more orders into the chaos. They are also still now giving the same leadtimes to new customers as I have been given having ordered mine over 3 weeks ago. It’s absolutely nonsensical. No one responds with anything remotely helpful they just thank you for your patience. Meanwhile you’re stuck having forked out a lot of money and have no guarantees. They will no doubt reply to this with some copy and paste rubbish like they have the other complaints. Basically, if you’re thinking of buying from Wickey or FatMoose… don’t. I would cancel if I wasn’t 9 months pregnant and have already paid over £1000 to have the play surface prepared and have a company waiting to install this whenever - or if ever - it actually arrives.

I'm very on the fence with this whole experience. Delivery took 5 weeks, with endless chasing and limited customer service. The delivery was quick when it happened, and very easy to arrange. Lots of the boards are cut poorly and bave damaged wood. Am i going to send them back... obviously not, but i sanded them down and filled in lots of holes. Nearly all of it needs to be drilled, they do explain why they dont pre drill, but you need to be pretty confident with a measuring tape and drill or else it will be out of the question. Am i happy with the product? Yeah, very happy with it and all the little details, but would i order from there again? Not so sure!

Avoid this company - Order late and incomplete

Delivery was late, I had to chase the order up to even find out that there was a delay, Fatmoose had no intention of informing me of any delay. I was offered 10% refund for my inconvenience. When the order arrived a significant portion of it was missing, were not just talking about one or two pieces, there’s dozens of pieces missing. Have had no update on when I can expect the missing pieces. Absolute shambles of a company, should be avoided at all costs.

Use wood that’s not full of knots and don’t wrap it up in polyurethane, it makes the wood wet and turn green with condensation. Wood could to be pre drilled and measurements aren’t clear with details , trial and error approach required?

This company likes to waste our time.

We paid for this ordered yet they refused to deliver until proof of payment which delayed the delivery process even more because it took time to get the statements. After showing proof and complaining they said they will send the order as normal. Its unjust that they didn't even make an effort to expedite the delivery process.
